This stylish 2-person apartment in our characteristic old school has been modernly renovated in 2025. The brand new kitchen has an induction hob, oven and dishwasher. The bedroom has a lovely king-size bed (180-200) and a great rain shower. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with all the luxuries such as; air conditioning, a smart TV and good WiFi. To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!

Du magst es gerne ruhig , dann bist du hier genau richtig . Helle Studiowohnung, modern eingerichtet. Ruhige Umgebung, direkt am Waldrand. Hier kommst du zur Ruhe. Da wir direkt im Wurmtal liegen , kannst du wunderbare Spaziergänge sowie tolle Fahrradtouren bis in die Niederlande genießen. Das Freiwildgehege -Gangelt liegt nur ca. 3 km entfernt. Das Studio liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse, kein Autoverkehr. Reise gerne mit dem Auto an.

Appartement "Aan de Hoge Dijk", gelegen aan de oevers van de oude kanaaldijk, is de ideale uitvalsbasis om Maastricht en de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Ons tweepersoons appartement ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, gevangen tussen het groen van de Sint Pietersberg en het water van de Maas. Het appartement is geschikt voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfortabele ruimte om de stad te verkennen en/of de natuur op te zoeken.

Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
