My stay at Luciana's apartment was amazing. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — very cozy, well-equipped and I felt totally at home. The location is excellent, super central, with everything nearby. You can do almost everything on foot, including visiting several sights and famous places in the city. In addition, Luciana was extremely attentive from the beginning. He promptly answered all my questions, always showing great concern and proactivity.

My stay was super peaceful, I had everything I needed within reach. Apartment well located, close to everything ! The rooms are very spacious and super organized, clean bathrooms. The washing machine was the differential I was looking for. In-room air-conditioning. The kitchen is super functional with everything we need, everything is very impeccable. The building staff are super helpful. I couldn't forget Dona Regina, who was always very helpful, helped me resolve all my doubts, and facilitated my check-in. When I return to BH, I already have a favorite spot.❤️

The space is excellent. Easy to get to and get around. It has an amazing view. It was extremely clean and had everything in the listing. Reinaldo always responded promptly. The staff of the building are very polite and kind. The only annoyance was a little street noise (traffic), but I'm a noise-sensitive person. Less sensitive people will not be bothered because the closed windows insulate well. I recommend it and would come back again if I needed to.

The house is spacious and allows you to enjoy all the comforts as if you were at home, unlike a hotel where you are just guests. Helder was very attentive and careful during all moments of our stay. We spent a very quiet and peaceful weekend at the accommodation. The house is a gem and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The nature that surrounds the house is certainly a differential. We were apprehensive about the comments about the entrance to the house, but I have a low car and we had no problems. Great area to explore Belo Horizonte. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops, with very cheap and easily accessible Uber rides. The room was well air conditioned and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, which had been part of our reason for choosing this place.
