Home offers full bathroom on lower level with shower, fresh linens/towels, high-performance tankless water heater (infinite hot water!). Access to appliances, furniture, patio, pool & gazebo-enclosed year-round outdoor hot tub.

There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

Our home is located on the beautiful East side of Green Bay. 2025 a walkway with stairs for easy access to lake and sand beach has been added. Walk out in the water at least 50 yards and still be only knee deep.
