Vacation rentals with beach access in Brooms Head

Allison was very responsive and helpful. the property was exactly as shown and amenities as listed. Location is great. Easy parking. Pool and spa was great for an evening swim (before 8pm). The only negative was that the internet kept dropping out. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and i will likely rebook in future.

Great location close to the cafe strip and beach. Still quiet despite being so close. Very helpful and clear instructions to settle into the accomodation. Accomodation was very well decorated and set out. A lot of care was obviously put into it.

Cannot recommend Beachside on Twentieth more highly. Spotlessly clean with everything you would want in the apartment, but just 30 seconds walk from the front balcony is Murray’s Beach. Walk north over the headland to Boambee Headland, south the Sawtell’s Main beach and onwards to the Rock Pool. A 25km return bike ride to Coffs all off road and safe for the kids. A 10 min stroll to town or a 20m walk to the Hilltop Cafe for morning coffee. The apartment is so well appointed with quality appliances and cooking equipment to make eating in a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit to Sawtell already. Thank you Pete!

We loved staying at Lynne’s Amblesea. A tastefully-decorated, modern 1-bed unit, with everything we needed for a comfortable 3-night stay. Gorgeous ocean views from the living room, comfortable bed, and great touches including the history of Yamba books, which educated us on a fascinating history of Yamba, and the choccies on arrival! Easy walking to several beaches and the Main Street. Excellent communication from Lynne and overall a fantastic getaway.

Great stay, great location. Loved the pool. Loved the cafe in the building, awesome coffee and house made pastries, also enjoyed the speciality wine shop. Would come and stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Graces place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sawtell and would love to stay here again

Moonee Beach House was perfect for our family. Loved the location, such a beautiful spot. The house was spotless and Pauline was very responsive. Would love to visit again.

We love coming to Broomshead to relax by the seaside. Beach haven was the perfect spot for 2 families to unwind and enjoy each other’s company while also having space to find time alone. Plenty of comfy spots to read a book on the wrap around balcony and enough space for the kids to happily play footy in the yard and handball too! Conveniently just across from the beach which was so handy when needing to pop back for lunch before heading back for more beach time in the afternoon. Excellent location and little touches from the host with coffee pods and laundry detergent provided as well as some staple items for cooking and plenty of crockery/pots and pans! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

We stayed here for a week with our teenagers. The peaceful cul-de-sac location with the sound of the ocean was brilliant. Gorgeous walks along the beach from the back gate were divine. Woolgoola is only a short drive away for supplies. The house was well equipped, clean and we hope to return. Thanks

This is the easiest 5 star review ever. Lisa provided everything we needed for a great stay plus what we hadn't even thought of. Such a comfortable and well thought out cottage. Modern, clean, great amenities, excellent location. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Wow!! From the moment we walked in, it honestly took our breath away! We travelled as a family of 4, mum and 3 boys and this spot was just what we wanted, right on the beach, literally just step outside the door. There is a seat just outside which is the perfect viewing platform to watch the kids swim, fish and play while enjoying a coffee in the morning or wine for sunset (of course when we weren't down there enjoying the beach with them). The house itself has been renovated perfectly and set up for a stay with everything thought of including a basket of blankets by the lounge for the cooler evenings when the doors are all open and the waves are crashing outside, it was just so cosy! The bedroom linen was also pristine, it really gave the stay a touch of luxe and the lovely beach sarongs/turkish towels were great to utilise for our quick ocean dips out front. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee machine and pods was thoroughly appreciated. We loved our stay!

We fell in love with Angourie and this AirBnb! Homely, clean, well appointed and comfortable, we felt at home straight away. Little details have been thought of, which add an extra touch. The kitchen is really well stocked, making cooking so much easier and the bed was very comfortable. Spooky beach is a short walk and was great for our young child. Swimming was amazing with great visibility and some marine life! Great walks to explore and endless natural places to submerge ourselves in. Thanks Ben and Tracy, we hope to be back soon!

The views and surroundings are breathtaking - very close to the beach and all local shops, cafes and restaurants! Compared to other properties in the area, the pricing is appropriate. It’s not high-end accommodation, but an enjoyable home in a gorgeous area, and the co-host (who lives downstairs) is incredibly kind and friendly, and very approachable regarding additional requests and queries. My children have allergies to pets and struggled a lot with allergy symptoms the first day, so there must have been quite a bit of fur around from previous guests’ furry friends (it probably gets trapped in the carpets etc). It was okay by the second night though. The home has everything you need for a dream holiday by the beach, and we made amazing memories - the kids are already asking when we can go back!

Had a great time staying at Dan’s place in Sawtell! It is conveniently located and well-appointed with kitchen equipment/utensils. As a heads up, it’s a very poor spot for cell service if you’re on Telstra — a good excuse to disconnect, but something to be aware of for communicating as there’s no wifi.

Great stay in a 1-bedroom condo with an unbeatable location—close to the beach, cafes, and shops. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing Yamba getaway at an affordable price. Would definitely return!
