Having 3 bedrooms and a lovely furnished terrace, this is a holiday home in Zelhem, immersed in tranquility. It is located at the edge of woods and makes a great stay for a family with children or a group of 6 friends. Zelhem is known as the green heart of the Achterhoek, where you can enjoy peace and space. You can take beautiful walks and cycling trips in the region. Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. On the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the enormous garden and fully unwind with all the nature surrounding you. There is a barbecue to enjoy your evenings with smoked meals. Indoors, the sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a cozy place for a hangout. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals of your choice. A children's bed and a high chair are available. The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. In this unique place, you can enjoy the IJssel, the beautiful views and sunsets, with a beach at your feet, where you can swim between the groynes. In the evening, sitting by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the atmospheric centre of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoying the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go up the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! In the countryside of Gendt, near the floodplains of the Waal, lies our lovely house and spacious garden. Centrally located between Arnhem and Nijmegen. Spread throughout the orchard of approx. 5000m2 are various picnic benches. Here you can enjoy the absolute peace and sounds of nature. The sheep and chickens roam around in their own meadow (fresh eggs every day) and all around you you see and hear birds. The house offers 250m2 of living space and is equipped with all conveniences.

Beautiful detached house just 8min walk from the center. This family home offers the perfect base for all the highlights on the Veluwe and beautiful cycling routes in nature! Family house with 4 bedrooms with three double beds and a 4th bedroom with single bed. The large enclosed garden, with sun all day, offers all privacy to enjoy a delicious drink after a wonderful day. Parking space on private property. Sweet cat lives here and needs to eat 2x/day.
