Completely redone by an interior designer, it has beautiful floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The living room has been completely redone and updated photos are in progress. You will enjoy the charm of an old apartment in an ideal location with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included. Baby crib possible. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. Modern apartment (2021) for 4 people. Very bright, located 10 minutes from Perrache train station and 15 minutes from the city center. If you have a car, I offer you my free parking space. If you are on foot, you have access to the T2 tram, which is 2 steps from the building (100 m), allowing easy access to the whole city. In the neighborhood, there are many small restaurants with Neapolitan, African and Vietnamese cuisine.

We stayed with Dominique and Michel for three nights in May. Their home is an easy walk from Perrache train station, we followed Dominique’s instructions to enter building, took small lift to fourth floor where Dominique greeted us. Their home is beautiful, the guest room is well appointed and updated, Dominique provides everything you need in the bedroom and private bath. If I could give ten stars for cleanliness, I would! Every morning (at a time of our choosing), Dominique and Michel provided an amazing breakfast of homemade yogurt, jams, fresh fruit, bread, cheeses, meats, and pastries! Dominique helped us plan each day we spent in Lyon, providing maps and restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend staying with Dominique and Michel, the most gracious and friendly hosts!
