Possibility to park in front of the house on the street. Parking zone C. Free from 6:00 to 17:00 (day), from 17:00 to 06:00 (at night) for a fee. The Albert Shopping Centre is 400 m away. The apartment is located in a less lucrative location, but I believe that the price and proximity of the historic center (2 minutes by tram) it balances.

An excellent place for its price. Quite minimalistic but has all the necessary features and is particularly suitable for an outgoing person who wants to enjoy the city. I was also happy with the washing machine, which allowed me to survive a week with just hand luggage. In addition, the communication with Johan worked well and he handed me the keys personally on the day of arrival.

A modern kitchen counter is equipped with a vintage-style kettle and a sleek espresso machine, both positioned near a drawer organizer. Natural light filters through the window, highlighting the minimalistic design of the kitchen space.

Staying in this apartment was very pleasant and met all our expectations. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and located in a convenient location with good access to the Exhibition Grounds. Communication with the host was fast, helpful and hassle-free. I can only recommend and I will gladly return in the future.

Small cozy apartment in a very quiet location with views of the countryside. Very friendly hosts. Street parking, supermarkets and restaurants within minutes walking distance. Only partially suitable for cooking yourself - very small kitchen with little equipment.

A wonderful location in central Brno, easily walkable to the town center and all the Brno Underground sites. Apartment had plenty of room for me and my two children, beds were comfortable and the amenities were nice. Netflix on the TV was great for a bit of a relax in the afternoons/evenings. Host was always responsive, apartment was clean and check in was easy (very nice for them to allow us to check in early as well…). One detraction was the broken blind in the master bedroom which made it difficult to darken the room to sleep, but the host noted they are planning on fixing that soon… Would also be nice to be provided with shampoo and conditioner (apartment is listed with “essentials” so usually shampoo and conditioner are provided when apartments include “essentials”). Overall a great spot, would definitely recommend!

Everything was great. The neighbourhood is peaceful but the tram stop is very close and you can get to the centre in 15 minutes.

The bathroom features a large shower enclosure with glass doors and a modern sink with a storage cabinet beneath. A toilet is positioned against the wall, alongside a towel radiator. Soft lighting reflects off the neutral tile walls, providing a clean and contemporary appearance.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations - it was super clean, cozy, quiet, with extra pillows and blankets and simply ready for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Also, thanks to the location right next to the exhibition grounds, we will be happy to use it again during our visit to Brno!
