Vacation rentals with a patio in Brno-Královo Pole

The apartment in person looks even better than in the pictures. The place is quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing about the location is that is right by the Luzanky park, perfect for walks and exercise. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. Drahomir is always at reach and is very friendly. There is an elevator on the building, but you do need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the apartments floor, but it’s fine. The place is cozy, with a functional kitchen and a beautiful washroom. The place is well lit, and there are plenty of lights inside. I definitely think the place is worth the stay and would come here again.

Vše proběhlo naprosto ok. Super umístění, možnost parkování a velmi dobrá restaurace v okolí. Jediné by neškodilo maličko vybavit kuchyň. Aspoň o pár skleniček, talířů a vývrtku. Jinak vše fajn. Moc děkujeme a budeme se těšit příště. J.L.

Všechno proběhlo v pořádku, Hostitel Radek dal jasné instrukce k apartmánu a vše bylo hezky připravené a hlavně v úplné čistotě.

Skvělá komunikace s hostitelkou, útulný byt. Jen ne tolik odzvučněný, ale za cenu naprosto super. Jinak vše v pořádku.

Pokud hledáte příjemné a dobře dostupné ubytování v Brně, tak toto je skvělou volbou. Nachází se jen pár minut chůze od hlavního vlakového nádraží, což oceníte, pokud cestujete vlakem nebo potřebujete snadný přístup do centra. Díky této skvělé poloze se pomocí městské hromadné dopravě snadno přesunete kamkoli po Brně. Ubytování bylo během příjezdu čisté, přichystané a zjevně udržované. Vybavení tohoto pokoje odpovídá ceně za ubytování, kdy se zde mimo jiné nachází i funkční wifi. Doporučuji toto ubytování všem, kteří hledají cenově dostupný, čistý a dobře dostupný nocleh v Brně. Ideální pro turisty i služební cesty!

Ubytování u Petry naplnilo naše očekávání. Petra velmi proaktivně komunikovala a se vším nám poradila. Poskytla nám dětskou postýlku i židličku. Umožnila nám také check-in výjimečně dříve, protože věděla o našem brzkém příjezdu do Brna. Byt byl útulný a dobře dostupný do centra města. Mohu doporučit.

Wir waren restlos begeistert von unserem Apartment. Der Check-in funktioniert reibungslos über Codes, das Apt. ist wunderschön eingerichtet und über gewohnte Verhältnisse hinaus ausgestattet (sogar Shampoo etc. Standen zur Verfügung). Es gibt ein Schlafsofa im unteren Stockwerk sowie ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett im oberen Stockwerk. Die Terrasse war unser persönliches Highlight und ist direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus betretbar. Last but not least: durch die fantastische Lage mitten im Zentrum sind sämtliche Ziele zu Fuß super erreichbar, die öffentliche Anbindung durch die Straßenbahn ist auch gegeben, die Restaurants im Umkreis sind vielfältig. Kurz gesagt: wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Villetta bellissima in una posizione tranquillissima e con un laghetto vicino stupendo. Alloggio comodo e davvero curato e pet friendly.

The villa is large and can accommodate a large number of people. It has everything you need for short and long stays. The villa is professionally maintained and very clean. It is close to the city center and a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car. Martina and her family provided all the comforts. You are excellent hosts. I highly recommend it.

Dom idealny dla większych grup. Duża przestrzeń, 3 łazienki, ogród. Dom jest wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne, a nawet więcej. Bardzo malownicza okolica, cisza i spokój. Naprawdę można poczuć się jak w domu.

We had an amazing weekend with 15 friends in this nice house. Everything was there we needed. The place is quiet and private and you can hang out without worrying to much about neighbors or the weather. Nice bbq and fire pit and draft beer!

Velmi útulné ubytování s výhledem na rybník. Majitelé jsou velmi příjemní a ochotní. Máme v plánu přijet znova.☺️

We had a lovely stay and would love to come again. The host had lots of helpful tips about shops and restaurants we could go to. She was also very quick to respond to calls and even allowed us to check out a bit later. The place was clean, had lots of appliances for us to use and for our mini vacation it was the perfect fit.

Reservamos este alojamiento en el último minutos por un viaje de última hora y nos aceptaron a mi marido, a mi y a nuestras 5 perras sin ninguna traba. Hemos estado muy cómodo en la casita y el jardín es una maravilla para humanos y para peludos. Si tenemos que volver, sin duda repetiremos!

The Best Quality accommodation available in Šlapanice. Everything has been thought of and it is perfect. Even has secure parking with plenty of room for a large car which is rare in Europe. Location is Central. Only a short walk to Albert Supermarket, Bus connection to Brno is excellent and cheap. If you’re travelling by car like us I would recommend the bus to Brno and return. Trying to drive there is chaos during peak hours. There are some nice cafes and restaurant nearby. We traveled all over Moravia on day trips and it was a perfect location to return to and enjoy. Ubytovanie bolo veľmi príjemné. Jednoduché ubytovanie, odubytovanie možné počas celého dňa. Komunikácia s hostiteľom bola vždy rýchla. Veľmi dobrá poloha bytu vzhľadom na mestskú dopravu.

David ist der perfekte Hostt, reagiert nicht nur sehr schnell sondern fragt auch pro-aktiv, ob er helfen kann und wie es einem geht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, man hat alles was man braucht & der Bäcker nebenan ist genial. Man ist in ca 10 Minuten in der Stadt - ebenfalls perfekt. Und mit Hund ist die Lage ideal, da man nur 5-7 Minuten zu einem Park braucht.
