Vacation rentals with a patio in Brno-Královo Pole

The apartment in person looks even better than in the pictures. The place is quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing about the location is that is right by the Luzanky park, perfect for walks and exercise. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. Drahomir is always at reach and is very friendly. There is an elevator on the building, but you do need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the apartments floor, but it’s fine. The place is cozy, with a functional kitchen and a beautiful washroom. The place is well lit, and there are plenty of lights inside. I definitely think the place is worth the stay and would come here again.

It was lovely staying at Tereza’s place. The appointment is so beautiful and the location is great. Although it’s a little far from the city centre there is a tramp right next to the apartment which takes you in the heart of the city. Everything was clean and as described. One short mention for light sleepers, the mattress is very firm, which makes it hard to sleep if you are used to medium to soft beds. Also the pillow is the opposite, your head goes straight through it. I am a light sleeper so I didn’t sleep very well. Nevertheless, if you don’t have these issues you’re gonna love the place!

Everything went absolutely fine. Great location, parking and a very good restaurant nearby. The only thing that wouldn't hurt is to equip the kitchen a little. At least a few glasses, plates, and a corkscrew. Otherwise, everything is fine. Thank you very much and we look forward to next time. J.L.

There was a little mixup about the availability of one of their other units in the building It was resolved and they allowed us to get two hours early, which was needed as we were just walking around with our luggage and very tired Thank you, Jan for your absolutely beautiful unit and the beautiful patio garden area that you don't even brag about and you ought to Next time, if we can stay there, we will take advantage of the sauna. We kept looking at it, but never used it. Next time 😁

Great communication with the host, cozy apartment. Not so much echo, but for the price absolutely great. Otherwise, you're good to go.

Beautiful villa in a very quiet location and with a beautiful pond nearby. Comfortable and really well-kept and pet-friendly accommodation.

The villa is large and can accommodate a large number of people. It has everything you need for short and long stays. The villa is professionally maintained and very clean. It is close to the city center and a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car. Martina and her family provided all the comforts. You are excellent hosts. I highly recommend it.

A home perfect for larger groups. Large space, 3 bathrooms, garden. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. Very picturesque neighborhood, peace and quiet. You really can feel at home.

The stay was suitable for our group of three. The accommodation can also comfortably accommodate a significantly larger group.

We had an amazing weekend with 15 friends in this nice house. Everything was there we needed. The place is quiet and private and you can hang out without worrying to much about neighbors or the weather. Nice bbq and fire pit and draft beer!

Very quiet neighborhood, well connected 10 min walk to the tram stop you can go to the center, 2 min to Mongolian diner we can definitely recommend. The host is very nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and well-maintained

We had a lovely stay and would love to come again. The host had lots of helpful tips about shops and restaurants we could go to. She was also very quick to respond to calls and even allowed us to check out a bit later. The place was clean, had lots of appliances for us to use and for our mini vacation it was the perfect fit.

We booked this place in the last minutes for a last minute trip and they accepted my husband, me and our 5 b*****s without any trouble. We have been very comfortable in the little house and the garden is a wonder for humans and hairy. If we have to come back, we will definitely repeat!

The Best Quality accommodation available in Šlapanice. Everything has been thought of and it is perfect. Even has secure parking with plenty of room for a large car which is rare in Europe. Location is Central. Only a short walk to Albert Supermarket, Bus connection to Brno is excellent and cheap. If you’re travelling by car like us I would recommend the bus to Brno and return. Trying to drive there is chaos during peak hours. There are some nice cafes and restaurant nearby. We traveled all over Moravia on day trips and it was a perfect location to return to and enjoy. Sachin is a great host. We stayed at his house for the first time. I would definitely like to stay here again on our next Brno trip. David is a great host, he responds to messages immediately. Apartment in perfect condition corresponding to the photos. The commuting distance from the apartment to the center is great. Quiet at night, big TV in front of the bed like in a good hotel, bathroom equipped, dishwasher for dishes too. Just everything I need to stay. I definitely recommend David, you will be as satisfied as I am. :)
