Vacation rentals with a sauna in Brickell, Miami

The place smelled so good and was so clean when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect. So many good bars/restaurants in walking distance we didn't need to take a lyft/uber hardly at all and it's really close to the airport. The host's communication was great and she was really helpful any time we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay and the place looked exactly like the photos. Had most of the amenities we needed for our short stay! We walked to a lot of places in Brickell, as they were so close to the apartment, and the best thing is that the building was very quiet and private to rest in between. Assigned parking spot is on 8th floor which takes a bit of time whenever you are getting in/out. Apartment is a bit dated but the location and the view are unbeatable though!

We had a reall great stay! The apartment is really spacious and contains everything you need. Although it is located in downtown it is really calm. The host is always available and helped us with every issue. We will definetely come back another time.

My family and I loved Federico’s condo and its location. First off, Federico and team had easy and clear communication throughout our trip. The location is in walking distance to everything that you need. The condo was in pristine condition with great views. We spent a good enough time cooking in the spacious kitchen and enjoying the balcony views throughout the day. The pool and gym were the icing on the cake for a wonderful spring break. Thank you Federico for accommodating us and providing a white glove service throughout our stay.

Somos muito exigentes com a limpeza por ser brasileiro e usarmos mta água na limpeza e temos alergias asma renite, e o qpt é ótimo, não tem cortinas de tecido que pega sujeira e mofo não tem carpetes que dão ácaros. Muito bem higienizado. Só achamos o colchão mto macio, e falta iluminação na sala, mas nada que deixou a estadia a desejar. E acho que a varanda poderia ser mais decorada mais aconchegante afinal o apto é ótimo. são duas pequenas sugestões. e talvez limpar um pouco as paredes externas da varanda por ser uma avenida pega bastante sujeira pó. O interno da casa é muito limpo então isso não foi um problema apenas uma sugestão e seria legal uma TV no dormitório. Mas ressalto que foi tudo ótimo e certamente voltaria, prédio e todos coanfitrião supriram nossas expectativas. Lugar seguro, e acessos tecnológicos fáceis de usar para acessar todos locais. A área de laser externa achei simples mas atende as necessidades porém a piscina poderia ser levemente aquecida. localização ótima.

Definitely a 5 star stay. Beautiful beach and the apartment is lovely. The building work is awful but that isn’t the host’s fault at all.

We celebrated my Husband’s Birthday by giving him a surprise trip to Miami and Eytan & Ygal’s suite was the most perfect place for him to relax! The pictures of the suite are exactly what you will see! The ocean, pool, and city views from the balcony in the living room and the balcony in the bedroom were beyond truly amazing! We were able to walk to the pool and the beach in less than 10 minutes from the suite! There was a convention at the hotel, but we did not have to wait for the elevator! The suite was extremely private and spacious from the moment we walked in! We love privacy and the fact that there are two doors to access the suite was perfect! There is a private small foyer to the front door which we thought felt like home. The suite was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean! We had the most wonderful time and we will most definitely book the condo again with Eythan and Ygal!

I came for work last minute. This place is in great location in coconut grove. Walkable to all GREAT restaurants. My room was quiet and great balcony view overlooking marina. I enjoyed coming back to my room after a very long day to relax and enjoy the view. I highly recommend this place! Hosts were friendly and responsive. I look forward to renting again.

Stayed at Maxim’s place for my Bach trip and absolutely loved it. Great communication, great room with full kitchen and amazing views. Loved the access to all the amenities, definitely made our trip worth while. Would def be coming back!

Tivemos uma ótima estadia na casa do Joey. Casa bonita, confortável, espaçosa! Pedimos cadeiras de praia e guarda sol e foi providenciado, sendo entregues por um brasileiro, o que facilitou mais a nossa comunicação. Limparam e encheram a jacuzzi para nosso uso. Dúvidas durante a estadia foram esclarecidas rapidamente pelo anfitrião! Escolhemos pela localização que atendia mais facilmente os pontos que visitaríamos, pois em Miami não tem como ficar perto de tudo, então essa localização facilitou para visitarmos Miami Beach, wynwood, hard rock stadium. Ponto a melhorar: as panelas e utensílios para cozinhar estão muito velhos, necessita renovação. E poderia ter uma air fryer para facilitar mais o preparo dos alimentos Observação: Os colchões eram muito macios, eu prefiro mais firmes, mas isso é apenas preferência pessoal. Numa nova visita a Miami em grupo, certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar nessa casa! Recomendo a casa para famílias.

Our stay at this beautiful canal-front home was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. The pool area was a highlight—so peaceful with stunning canal views, perfect for morning coffee or evening swims. The game room was a great bonus, keeping everyone entertained with plenty of options. The location was fantastic, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and easy access to nearby attractions. The only issue we had was that the sauna did not work. The host was very responsive and tried to have someone fix it, but it never heated up. Our stay was only 2 days, so I didn’t bother having someone come again to work on it. Regardless of the sauna, we would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

We booked this Airbnb last minute, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Communication was timely and clear, which made the process smooth. The home was very clean and spacious—plenty of room for our family of five to spread out and feel comfortable. The location is close to the airport, yet very quiet—we didn’t hear any airplane noise at all. We did have a minor issue with the newly installed keypad upon arrival, but the host was just a quick phone call away and helped us get in right away. There’s also a spare key accessible via a lockbox as a backup, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

The host was welcoming, the house was spotless, all beds were comfortable. Resort feel backyard — heated pool and jacuzzi absolutely amazing! definitely recommend and would stay again.

My husband and I had the most amazing time at Dave’s place. It was a last-minute booking, but we were so happy to have found it and of course much more comfortable and spacious than the hotel that we were paying the same price for. The heated pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing. And it was always easy to leave the house and get right onto I-95 and get wherever we needed to go. Gorgeous little home and we hope to return soon. ❤️

10/10 would stay here again.
