This is our second time in this house. We really like it because of the location and the look & feel. Super clean, cosy and perfect for a family of 5. Thank you again!

We had a great weekend with family. The location of the listing is ideal, close to amenities and cultural sites while offering a beautiful quiet setting. The terrace on the edge of the forest, the pond supplied with fish and the flat land made the children happy. The owners' welcome was very much appreciated. Thanks again!

Perfect stay to disconnect and take your time. Marie's welcome was excellent: she was able to respond quickly to our questions and even suggested some activities to discover nearby. The accommodation is very well furnished, with soothing decoration — special mention for the candles, which we even took the time to count😄. The space is great for manual activities or just enjoying a quiet moment. A relaxing weekend that we recommend.

Anna is sparkling, extremely kind, she offers us restaurants and leisure activities nearby . It's also very accommodating. And the setting is very nice. Too bad the weather didn't allow us to go into the pool

Perfect base for discovering the surroundings. There are very nice hikes in the climbing forests. And a day in Paris is also easy to do.

Franck is a very nice, accessible and available host. The house is pretty, pleasant, functional as is the exterior. The hot tub is an undeniable bonus. We spent 2 quiet and peaceful days. Perfect place to rest. Thanks again for hosting. We'll be happy to go back!

We felt at home………but better than at home! Elodie and Alexandre are available hosts before, during and after the stay. We felt extremely good throughout the stay, and the property offered us the calm and tranquility we were looking for. We filled every room in the house (8 adults, 2 children and 2 babies), and yet the feeling of space was totally present in the common areas. Board games, children's equipment, fully-equipped kitchen, nickel bathroom, etc. And the decor… beautiful! In short, a gem!!

Alexandra and her daughter are charming and caring hosts. The cottage is adjacent to a splendid property in the heart of nature, idyllic calm, super comfort, and the perfect base for visiting the area. Thanks Alexandra, see you soon!

Hi, we're very happy with the accommodation. It was a pleasant experience, very clean accommodation, a very quiet residence with private parking. As well as the owner Oussama and his wife who were pleasant people, very nice.

very nice accommodation, the outside is pleasant. very well-equipped accommodation ( think laundromat between the 2 levels ) . very close to the city center on foot (1min) and the shopping area by car ( 2min ) . the courtyard is very convenient to park.

Booked as part of an EVJF weekend, we had a great time. The setting is relaxing and the hosts are very warm, accommodating and responsive. We had the opportunity to make our evening in the reception room. Room that we were able to organize as we wanted.

Very warm and pleasant welcome. Peaceful place, clean room. Unfortunately I could not walk around your pretty area the weather was not suitable but I will come back with great pleasure I'd recommend it without a second thought.

What a positive! true to the description and much more...!!! The place where the place is located is just amazing! Stables, a swimming pool, tennis lessons, a small shop, a babysitting service in a wooded setting at will. For a total disconnection a few kilometers from Paris, this is the ideal compromise. The place is not only clean but most importantly, excellently arranged. The sleeping area is distinct from the living room and it opens onto the kitchen with a gigantic central island (ideal for family or friends moments) Board games are available in quality comfort: a large sofa and a large table to share moments without screens. Two bathrooms and two toilets make it easy to stay together without getting in the way. Thank you to our point of contact who is very responsive. stay to repeat!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rogers lovely cottage. The house has been very tastefully renovated and indeed the photos on the website do not do it justice! We felt very much at home in this very clean and well-equipped house with all the home comforts. Roger made sure our stay was no hassle with clear and helpful instructions. He answered quickly to all our messages. Thanks for a lovely few days in such a peaceful and calm setting.

Very nice house full of charm and quiet, nice walks nearby. We were 5 adults and two children to celebrate Christmas, each had their own bedroom and bathroom, which allows everyone to have their privacy. The living rooms are spacious and allow everyone to gather by the fire! Special mention for the tree installed that allowed us to celebrate Christmas almost like at home!

A Lovely place to stay, Marie is a wonderful host. The Gite is very well prepared and in a lovely country setting..We recommend very highly.

Lovely place - very comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful gardens and places to relax. Yves and Christine are always available to help if needed but also respect guest privacy. Great bike rides in the area and Clamecy is a sweet town; also recommend Dijon and Auxerre for visiting.

We had a lovely stay at Jean-Jacques' place. The setting was super nice and relaxing. The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped, no complaints! The welcome booklet contained all the answers to our questions, everything was clear.

A timeless weekend. Thanks to Virginia for her warm welcome. Everything was perfect, from impeccable cleanliness to cooking utensils for Sunday morning pancakes, to marshmallows to grill in the pan. Thank you for allowing us a moment of escape with our best 4-legged friend who loved the walks around the house and the view of the peaceful lake. We can't wait to come back. 💗
