We had a great relaxing weekend with the girls! The accommodation is welcoming, warm and very clean, the reality is even better than the photos! The amenities offered are very comprehensive. The terrace area is very relaxing with its view of nature, perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and responsive. Don't hesitate, I recommend it 100%! We had a very quiet family stay in this large house, mainly by the fire in the very pleasant living room. It's a bit like meeting in the country house of friends: don't expect a place exclusively for rent.

This is a beautiful apartment and was perfect for its proximity to Guedelon castle. The beds and linens were very comfortable. There is some street traffic noise early in the morning, but a set of ear plugs solved that problem.

Very well decorated accommodation,impeccable cleanliness, spacious, very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedding, very welcoming host, peaceful place. The downsides: toilet in the RC but bathroom on the 1st, no small terrace, no separation between the beds in the living room and the mezzanine, no wifi. We only stayed there for a short night so it wasn't an inconvenience, but the price might be a little overpriced for a longer stay.

Where to start?! There's so much good! The contact before our arrival was great and remained so throughout our stay. Alexis and Carole are very attentive. There's nothing missing. La Germignonne is a very relaxing place, very well furnished with important features, such as the jacuzzi or the piano for musicians among us. The kids loved the huge garden with lots of activities - bad weather didn't stop them from enjoying it. Again, with all the well-developed on-site explanations, Carole and Alexis leave no doubt that they want vacationers to be comfortable. A big thank you from all ten of us (2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 children)!
