Great service and nice apartment. Everything we needed was there. Nice area with lots of greenery and nice houses. We are very pleased!

We were received in a very friendly manner and everything was very straightforward and easy. The loft is a really great apartment, very nicely built, well equipped and in a super nice location. We really liked it and we would stay there again anytime.

I had a wonderful experience at Lotti's place. From the moment I arrived, Lotti was incredibly kind and welcoming. He offered to pick me up at the airport, which was a very generous gesture that made me feel very welcome. In addition, he helped me with my luggage and with all the documents I needed to formalize my arrival in Germany, without any problems. Lotti was always willing to help me and was very friendly at all times. Without a doubt, he did everything possible to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay. Couldn't have asked for a better host! I highly recommend their accommodation and hospitality.

We were very pleased! Beautiful surroundings for a quiet stay (with dog and five people). We felt welcome and comfortable and made extensive use of the private beach/private sauna and the terrace. We hardly noticed the residents of the other apartments - very pleasant atmosphere!

Beautiful modern apartment with large balcony and "sea view" with private beach section. All necessities are on site, Frank gave lots of helpful tips about the surroundings. In the basement, there are both bicycles and a great hobby room with darts, billiards and treadmill, as well as a punching bag. We will be happy to come back.

With Ole and Beate, the communication was great from the beginning, everything was described in detail, even with photos, so we found everything right away and it worked out quickly with check-in. Even with short inquiries on our part, they were answered very quickly and kindly. The apartment is as pictured and very lovingly furnished. Bed linen, towels, coffee capsules, tea box, dish soap and everything else you need is available. Also enough crockery and cutlery, etc., which is not always to be expected. In the terrace we had evening sun, so we could linger comfortably. The apartment is relatively quiet, the Schnoor district is just around the corner and a few paths further you are already in the city center. Bakeries are also within walking distance. It is very pleasant to have an underground parking space for the car. A little tight, but we had a smaller car, which was a good fit. Overall, we felt completely comfortable.

Great comfortable and modern apartment with all amenities needed. Quiet as well. Dierk is super welcoming and an attentive host. The local area is newly developed and offers some shops, restaurants and a supermarket all in walking distance. Vicinity to the river invites for some relaxing strolls. Easy bus and tram connections to the city center. I can highly recommend Dierk‘s place and would stay there again.

This is a great little place to stay- I hope I can stay here next time I'm in town.

Everything great - the apartment is very nicely equipped, very clean and above all very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need. And the location is just great. The communication with Dirk also went very well and he also organized a parking space for us shortly before arrival. We are completely satisfied! 😊

We were the first official guests of this very nice appartement. We stayed here with three collegues for a conference. Silent, clean, spacious, I was a bit afraid for the train and small bar nearby but even trying we couldn't hear the train (tripple glass is awesome) and the sounds of the very decent bar is only there on the more busy weekend days for a few hours on a very very distant background level and ONLY audible in the living room. If you turn on a TV, conversation or a bit of music and you would not notice at all. Everything is in perfect condition, a walking distance from the altstatte city centre, bahnhof, park, and congress centre. Also just far enough away of the station to not have people lingering around.

Good value for money. It’s a beautiful spacious penthouse. Lots of space and lots of light. Walking distance to the park (Wallanlagen) and the city center as well as close to the Central Train Station.

We were there as a family with our two daughters and are thrilled! The place is even nicer than the pictures – bright, stylish and tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean and furnished to a high standard, especially the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The location is quiet, ideal for children, and overall there was a very pleasant atmosphere. Check-in and communication were absolutely straightforward and warm. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had so far – we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!
