Die ca 40qm grosse Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang liegt nach hinten raus, ist ruhig und bietet bequem Platz für 2 Personen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 1.40m Doppelbett und einem kleinen Kleiderschrank. Das Duschbad und die Toilette sind voneinander getrennt. Von der gemütlichen Küche geht das Wohnzimmer mit einer 1.10m breiten Schlafcouch ab. Dort ist auch ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz mit WLAN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt unweit von Plaisance-du-touch (4km) und Toulouse (19km)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It is attached to our house but completely independent. This studio is very functional, fully equipped (TV, WiFi, Kitchenette, Air Conditioning, Library, Storage, Bathroom, possibility of lunch on the terrace, refurbished in 2022. There is a sofa bed that quickly transforms the bedroom space into a living room space as can be seen in the photos. Check-in can be done independently.

Appartement à louer sur de courtes ou longues durées. Il se situe idéalement à 20min du centre ville de Toulouse, en RDC, face à un petit bois. Calme garantit. Proche toutes commodités. Attention, l’appartement ayant été occupé par moi-même ainsi que mes animaux avant mon départ, il est fortement déconseillé aux personnes présentant des allergies. Charles' house matched the listing and what we expected , there were 8 of us and the house is spacious . Helpful amenities for our stay . Easy to park ,( inside the garden). Quiet house. We had a lovely weekend at the house in Vernet to visit Toulouse and its surroundings . If you have to come to the area and you are a large family or like us several friends , feel free to stay with Charles who is a responsive and friendly host.
