This 52 sqm (560 sq ft) apartment, recently redesigned and furnished, is located in the heart of the Old Town of Brasov - Piata Sfatului. The apartment resides in an 1890 building, Casa Mandl, and has a gorgeous view of the square, with the Black Church (Biserica Neagra) to the left and the Council House (Casa Sfatului) to the right. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with door code, without elevator) and features everything one may require for a luxurious stay in Brasov. The main room is 28 sqm (300 sq ft) and it features a living room area with a sofa and two armchairs, 42 Inch HDTV with Satellite (over 100 channels including English, German, Italian, Russian), WiFi access, fully equipped kitchen area with Miele appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove), dining room area for up to four people, and much more. The apartment has a small balcony hanging over Piata Sfatului. Take your chair and book, step out on the balcony and enjoy the sun and the lively atmosphere of the square. Lovely place to stay. Had everything I could need, large space, easy to park. I actually booked it to make use of a bike to get around but the weather was terrible, so I did not use one. Easily walkable to the city.

History & Style in Piata Sfatului

We went to Brasov for a Christmas visit. The apartment is right in the Council Square which is probably one of the most famous locations in the city. The Christmas market was there and the tree and stalls could be seen from inside the home (exactly like in the picture which was amazing). The home was very cozy and comfortable and the host was very helpful and responsive. If I go back to Brasov I’ll definitely use this Airbnb again! I recommend
