We enjoyed our visit in Big Bras D'Or. With your own transport you easily get to many attractions in Cape Breton like the Miners museum in Glace Bay, Alexander Graham Bell museum in Baddeck, the Cabot Trail, and Celtic Colours Festival events. The accomodations were excellent and the hosts very friendly

Honestly, the best air bnb host I have had. Such a beautiful spot, lots to do, amazing place to stay in that’s super clean, and has everything you think you could need! Super responsive and let us check in early. Couldn’t say more greater things! We will Deffinetly be back for another stay!

Definitely recommend this place for any stay in Sydney super close to the mall and close to to get to stores and beautiful place, with a nice modern look and feel was a fantastic stay!

We spent two nights in late October and could imagine how great it would be in the summer. It’s right by the water and is fairly private as we couldn’t see any neighbours. The road is hard packed with speed bumps and seems to be well maintained. The cottage has a screened in porch, deck and a heat pump. It would be great for stargazing as there are no bright lights nearby. It is a really lovely place to stay and is only about 9 kilometres from Baddeck. Joanne was a lovely host and greeted us upon arrival.

Loved everything about the cabin - may need an update for hot plate in kitchen but barbecue worked great. Attention to every detail including farmers matches, little flash lights, & rechargeable night light. We had 2 fabulous campfires, did stargazing & even had a full moon. We also enjoyed several Celtic Colours Festival events!

This house is the absolute perfect place to get away from the stress of the world and relax a bit... The views are incredible, the beds are extremely comfortable, and nights are so dark and quiet. It was really nice to be able to walk to the beach and feel like you could be on a short adventure without needing to get in the car. The house is equipped with everything you might need and the hosts were wonderful to communicate with. - There's also a game room that isn't in the pictures and was a really fun spot to stumble upon :)

Sarah was very kind and responsive. She offered an early check in on arrival day. We were surprised and thankful for the Halloween treat basket. That was thoughtful and kind. My 15 year old son loved staying in the loft. Very cozy.

We had the most delightful experience at Brandon's Airbnb. The place was impeccably clean, equipped with all the essential amenities, and had a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. When we return to Cape Breton, we will absolutely be booking with him again. Highly recommend—10/10!
