What a gem! This house is the perfect hub for activities in Brittany while still offering the luxury of just enjoying the quietness of the countryside. Gorgeous from the outside, roomy on the inside - it offers enough space for 6 people (more if you really want to stretch it). The garden offers lots of space for some games, a trip to the hot tub or just reading a book in the hammock. At night you have a beautiful view on the milky way, too! Day trips to Vannes, Rennes, Mont St. Michel and others are easy to do. Bakery is in the next village, all others are about 10-15 minutes by car. Overall, this is a very good choice if you want to spend some relaxing days without the hustle and bustle of the city.

Totally top this place. Charming breton house, beautiful tranquil garden,the cottage is on a road but very little traffic passes by it.,we have not been bothered by it,hiking routes close to us and the restaurant Le Crepiou have delicious meals. Warm welcome from Chantal with a welcome Easter basket, small cottage but everything is there! Very clean,Kitchen well equipped,bbq and jacuzzi was a plus...thank you for your hospitality.

A Rare Find Under the Lombardy Poplars waving in the wind, a stillness and tranquillity as well as the brightest stars this side of outer space twinkle down upon a master feat of a restored gîte. Even rarer yet, Daron is an unparalleled host, as warm as he is devoted to his guests wellbeing. We came for the jacuzzi and stayed for the warm welcome. The immediate surroundings are of a beauty seen in impressionist paintings and the towns of this region, full of delicious local restaurants and friendly locals.

Charming house, very peaceful corner. All equipment is there. Pool and private hot tub. Daron is very responsive and kind. Full of very nice villages and landscapes around. We would recommend this listing.

Excellent quiet stay in this cute little house. Very well equipped and very clean, the house is pleasant to live in. Near the Gacilly (just 10 min by bike with marked cycling route), 20' min from Rochefort en Terre we appreciated its location. Thanks to Jacques for his responsiveness and hospitality.

What a lovely house and family! We came to explore for, possibly, buying a house for ourselves in Brittany, and ended up wanting to buy this one. It has such a great character and good vibe to it. Light and fresh, high ceilings, a modern and cozy atmosphere. An interior design of Ashley, Melanie's husband (their own house is also something special). They were very nice, open and inspiring. All is there for a laid-back stay. We slept like roses and enjoyed our moments in the sun and under the stars. Shout-out to Freddy, the Labrador, who took us on walks through the forest!

We had a lovely stay with 6 adults and a baby. Very nice house, well decorated. Perfect bedding, large outdoor space, our 2 little dogs enjoyed it. Jonathan is a very accommodating host. We highly recommend this house.

The owners are incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. Their holiday home is a hidden gem. Really immaculate inside and out. The garden is truly amazing especially for pets. The layout of the grounds and the beautiful house was just perfect for us. Didn’t get chance to try the pool, which is fabulous (wrong time of year for us) but they have a games room too which we made great use of. Overall, a wonderful week was had by all. We will return many more times for sure.

We had a lovely stay at Angèle's cottage! Quite secluded, the estate allows for a complete rest and relaxation! Very well equipped, convenient and comfortable! Thank you for a very relaxing weekend.

We had a lovely weekend in a suitable accommodation for a reunion with friends. A beautiful place filled with history in a green setting. Anne and Alfred are very warm and very accommodating by allowing us a stress-free departure with the children

We had a wonderful stay with my 2 boys (5 months and 3 and a half years old) and my husband. The house is very nice and well arranged and decorated. The rooms are spacious, and our son was delighted with his beautiful bed linens and the books and toys provided. The small garden in front of the house is lovely, and you can easily walk in the surrounding countryside. Anna was very responsive in our exchanges and always pleasant. We also really appreciated the kind attention paid by his father, thanks again!

Great stay at Loezia's where we woke up with family or Christmas. The house is warm and very nice in a quiet environment in the countryside. The house is very well equipped, we did not lack anything, we will be happy to come back!

Wonderful quite location but close to Josselin and shops. And absolutely great hosts.

Simon was very flexible on the arrival time because it was very late at night, so we met the next morning before we left. Good location for visiting everything related to the Brocéliande Forest. Beautiful hikes like the Val Sans Retour, the Lancelot loop, Lake Iffendic.

We had a great week at Martine's, the place is absolutely quiet near Gacilly, Brocéliande Forest... Martine is caring and gave us good advice. The accommodation is lovely.

We had the most amazing stay - the hosts were friendly and helpful and accommodating. The pictures don’t do the house justice, it’s huge and stunning and very clean. We had everything we needed and hope to return.

The stay went very well. The cottage was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The accommodation is close to Broceliande so very well located (close to both nature and village amenities). Delphine and her companion are very welcoming. I would recommend them in a second.

The historic buildings are solidly restored and well appointed. Garden, pool and grill area are nicely laid out. The location is well suited for exploring the golfe du morbihan. We found Quiberon and La Roche-Bernard to be particularly impressive. You can also reach the nearest beautiful beach (Damgan) in just over 20 minutes. Contact with the hosts (living on the property) was very reliable, quick and helpful. If you come outside of the summer season, you should calculate that the buildings have very small windows and the surroundings are very humid, so also a bit out of the comfort zone. It was pure Brittany for us.
