Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Central location in a quiet residential neighborhood with parking and equipped with sauna, laundry and dryer. You as a guest will have your own private entrance and access to your own patio with garden furniture, parking. The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer. A total of 4 sleeping places, double bed and in a sofa bed in secluded rooms. The home is spacious with its 60 m2. Summertime the space is cool and nice. We also provide some bikes that are included in the rental rate. Self check-in is via key cabinet with code. Close to swimming and city

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

Cozy log cabin with proximity to the jetty about 300 meters from the cottage and nice hiking trails nearby. Large garden with barbecue facilities and terrace. Approximately 20-minute walk to large campground, white sand with large playground, sandy beach, outdoor gym and kiosk/street kitchen (summer time) The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a new sofa bed (140 cm) purchased in 2025. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher.

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

New state-of-the-art house in downtown Kalmar - Ironman!

Completely newly renovated house with parking, air conditioning as well as a patio in central Kalmar! Close to both Kalmar city center and Kalmar Castle! Perfect for Ironman: The bike goes in both directions right outside the house! Also about 250m to the running distance and walking distance to the start of the swimming! Approximately 1500 meters to Bike Park. Ironman Week is booked in full at least 6 days 13-19 (or 14-20) August.
