Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Close to forest and nature. With a lakefront plot you can sit on the terrace and enjoy a wonderful view of Bottensjön and the fairway on Göta Kanal. You can get down to the jetty for a swim but it is NOT the best swimming area. Our home is centrally located between Tiveden's beautiful,mysterious nature. Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. Welcome to Kärnebäcken. The house is located undisturbed on a cape in Bottensjön, with both morning and eveningssol. Here you can see the canal boats from Vättern on the way up in Göta Canal. Only 2 km bike path into Sweden's reserve capital Karlsborg, with Ida's pier and Karlsborg fortress that attracts. With the car, it takes about 20 minutes to Tiveden National Park with hiking trails and amazing nature. The house is 110 sqm and fully equipped. Great WiFi. An oasis!
