This unique one-bedroom apartment is located right on the water, with a private beach and a million-dollar view of the horizon and the Elafiti Islands. Only if you would be on a boat, you would actually be closer to the sea. You literally only need ten steps from your bedroom to get to the sea. The terrace is ideal for lazy sunny days, as it is just inches from the sea and has plenty of space for sunbathing. The historical old center of Dubrovnik is 4 kilometers away and it is easily accessible.

The apartment was very nice. Beautiful view from the terrace. Short walk to market, restaurants and bus stop. Lots of steps so good shoes needed! The host, Petra, was really sweet, helped and took good care of us. She answered always quickly. I highly recommend this apartment and host!

The view the view the view!!! Incredible! Along with the most amazing view the apartment itself is so lovely! Immaculate and the hosts have thought of everything. Be prepared for lots of stairs but I Highly recommend to future guests. Hosts friendly and responsive. 5 stars for everything!

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

I entirely agree with the other reviews. It is exactly as described. Fantastic location about 30yds then 38 steps above a bakery/Supermarket in the old town. Amazing view of the old town and harbour from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent shower over bath. We had a hire car, and Ivan met us, drove us from where we parked to the flat and carried our bags in! Parking in Cavtat is the only potential problem if you have a hire car so ask Ivan for advice. We took the bus to Dubrovnik because it's even worse there, and the bus is easy! Fantastic place to stay and thoroughly recommended.

A nice apartment with all we needed during our time there and it is in a good location with a local supermarket, numerous bars, cafes and restaurants and local beach with swimming area - an ideal spot to watch the sunset over the Adriatic in the evening - within a few minutes walk and last, but not least, host Vlaho who was both friendly and helpful - everything you need for a good trip!!! Fortuno was everything we both read and hoped it would be. Marin, and his Dad who helped us into the apartment and even gave us a lift to the airport, were very communicative and flexible. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped and the fresh fruit and drinks put out for us were a nice touch. Lovely bathroom, comfortable bed and the hot tub was a lovely addition to a tiring day walking around Dubrovnik & Old Town. Definitely check out this place because it is a lovely place to escape!

Alen and Maya’s apartment was beautiful, relaxing and only a short walk away from the Old Town where we spent most of our time. The view from the balcony was stunning and looked just like the photos. Maya provided clear instructions to get in and was responsive to our questions. Looking forward to heading back to Dubrovnik soon!

This is one of the best Airbnb we have stayed! It is centrally located in the old town with only minutes of walk to Pile Gate and other attractions. The apartment itself is cosy and comfortable. There are also several good restaurants downstairs which were very convenient for us. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

An apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and dividing Lapad from the right Dubrovnik mountain, to the beach a few minutes by stairs, even closer to the boulevard with bars. The apartment also works in heating and drying mode, which is useful in the spring when it is cool and humid at night. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for shorter and longer trips!
