Vacation rentals with a patio in Bornova

Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

it was surprisingly very comfortable stay, everything was very clear and automated in a very comfortable way. all instructions were very helpful and clear and the coffee and tea machines were huge plus. the vew also was very refreshing and the location is close to where we wanted to be , but there is a steep hill to climb so keep that in mind. all in all .. a great experience, and i think it is going to be our go to option whenever we come to izmir. i can't recommend this place enough.

It was great to stay at Ertan's place. Located just 2 minutes from the lower level of Asansör (Historic Elevator Building), it's in a sweet vibrant neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and incredible sunsets from the top of Asansör. The apartment is very cozy and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Major sights like the bazaar and the waterfront are an easy (and inexpensive) taxi ride away. Ertan was extremely responsive and helpful. His mother, Hamate (?) was a delight to meet. She brought me delicious apple pastries on my first night. I'd highly recommend this sweet place.

Öncelikle konum olarak şahaneydi, tamamen İzmirin merkezinde alışveriş mağazaları, yemek restorantları, barlar ve kafelerle içiçeydi. Ailemle iki gece konakladık ve hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. İnternet,tv yayını, klima sorunsuzdu. Ev sahibi kolay iletişim kurulabilirdi mesajlarımıza anında yanıt verdi. Bir daha ki seyahatimizde gözümüz kapalı tercih edeceğimiz bir ev ve sahibi. Appartement bien situé, pour les commerces, restaurants et cafés et déplacement. Au calme, malgré la rue piétonne vivante. Literie confortable.

We really liked the house and hosting. It was close to metro and bus stations and really great time we had specially the view is amazing.

çok güzeldi ben memnun kaldım kapıdan anahtarı alıyorsun kendi evin gibi kullanıyorsun aşırı iyi ev sahibi de ilgiliydi her istediğinde ulasilabilirdi ve her istediğini karşıladı fakat gece geç saatte biraz eve girerken korkabilirsiniz çünkü çok ara sokaktan geciyorduk fakat ona rağmen çok güzel bir konaklamaydi ben memnun kaldım ev sahibine de çok teşekkür ederim

Ein sehr schönes, stilvolles Haus mit besonderer Atmosphäre in guter Lage. Die liebevolle Renovierung hat den alten Charme bewahren können. Es gibt einen kleinen Hinterhof und einen Parkplatz der zum Haus gehört - perfekt. In der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht inkl. guter öffentlicher Anbindung. Die Besitzerin ist immer gut erreichbar, An- und Abreise liefen reibungslos. Das sehr gute Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat es uns ermöglicht, in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu sein, vielen Dank!!

Ev gerçekten çok tatlıydı, her şey özenle düşünülmüş. Temizdi, merkezi konumu sayesinde her yere kolayca ulaştık. Evde ihtiyacımız olan tüm araç-gereçler mevcuttu, hamam da ayrı bir keyif kattı. Ev sahibi çok tatlı, ilgili ve anlayışlıydı. Ayrıca Latte isimli sevecen köpekleriyle tanışmak da çok hoştu! Tek küçük dezavantaj, merkezi konumdan dolayı park yeri bulmak biraz zor olabiliyor — bunu bilerek gelmekte fayda var. Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz! her şey için teşekkür ederiz mutlaka tekrar tercih edeceğiz🌸🌸

Our stay here was great. It is exactly as described. It is very clean and comfortable. Erhan and his wife are kind, helpful and hospitable. They invited us for tea with homemade goodies. The view from their terrace is wonderful. They had lots of good recommendations for food and shopping. Erhan will send detailed directions on how to find the place. Make sure you follow them and not google maps. Keep in mind it is located on a hill. There are good buses and trains nearby, just at the bottom of the hill. We’d stay here again. It was great!

My family had a wonderful visit to Izmir and this apartment was great. The host communicated perfectly and was very helpful and informative. The apartment was as described and the view was very nice.
