Vacation rentals with a patio in Bornova

it was surprisingly very comfortable stay, everything was very clear and automated in a very comfortable way. all instructions were very helpful and clear and the coffee and tea machines were huge plus. the vew also was very refreshing and the location is close to where we wanted to be , but there is a steep hill to climb so keep that in mind. all in all .. a great experience, and i think it is going to be our go to option whenever we come to izmir. i can't recommend this place enough.

Bulut was very kind and helpful. The weather was beautiful and reminded me of California. All public transportation is within a short walk, my favorite was the ferry because of the beautiful views of the city. I want to come back and would stay here again if I could! The people here are so friendly and it’s just a great place to explore and learn about the culture. The local favorite football team won the national championship while we were here and it was fun to see the people watching the game on big TV screens at the local restaurants. And then celebrating until 3 am! Not much sleep that night but still fun watching how they reacted and celebrated their team! I had never experienced anything like that. If you can go to Izmir, you should and you will be very comfortable in this Airbnb with Bulut!

It was great to stay at Ertan's place. Located just 2 minutes from the lower level of Asansör (Historic Elevator Building), it's in a sweet vibrant neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and incredible sunsets from the top of Asansör. The apartment is very cozy and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Major sights like the bazaar and the waterfront are an easy (and inexpensive) taxi ride away. Ertan was extremely responsive and helpful. His mother, Hamate (?) was a delight to meet. She brought me delicious apple pastries on my first night. I'd highly recommend this sweet place.

By far the best place among the airnbn we have stayed in. The view is already given over a hundred, and I recommend having a nice breakfast on the terrace against the view at the bottom of the beach. Mr. Günay explained clearly from the check-in instructions to the checkout instructions. The house is very large and beautiful transportation is very simple, you can find anything you want within walking distance. For those who will come by car, they may have problems with parking. Since the streets are narrow, you can leave the vehicle if you can find it. If you can't find it, right at the bottom of the beach or within 10 minutes of walking distance, the municipal parking lots are quite reasonable at the current prices. If I wanted to stay in this area again, I would prefer this house again.

Unique design, I truly enjoyed staying and hope to be back.

Guests will need to take precautions against mosquitoes to be more comfortable on the balcony and inside at night. We are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

lovely place to stay and right in the centre of Alsancak

it was very nice, I was very satisfied, you take the key from the door, you use it like your own house, the host was also interested, he could be reached whenever he wanted, and he met everything he wanted, but you can be afraid of entering the house late at night because we were passing through a lot of alleyways, but despite that, it was a very nice stay, I was satisfied, thank you very much to the host

It was a trip where we had a very good experience in every aspect. The accommodation was extremely good, we were amazed, the host was extremely friendly and helped us with everything. The interior of the house was clean, every detail was very good, I would highly recommend it if you happen to be there, it was perfect. Maybe the host's words and the civility of the secondary school students may be a little uncomfortable, but despite that, it was a great experience. I would like to thank Nily again.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

Our stay here was great. It is exactly as described. It is very clean and comfortable. Erhan and his wife are kind, helpful and hospitable. They invited us for tea with homemade goodies. The view from their terrace is wonderful. They had lots of good recommendations for food and shopping. Erhan will send detailed directions on how to find the place. Make sure you follow them and not google maps. Keep in mind it is located on a hill. There are good buses and trains nearby, just at the bottom of the hill. We’d stay here again. It was great!

My family had a wonderful visit to Izmir and this apartment was great. The host communicated perfectly and was very helpful and informative. The apartment was as described and the view was very nice.
