Andrea's apartment is very good and has a breathtaking view. It is not suitable for those who cannot climb stairs because there are 3 flights and with suitcases it gets heavy, but Andrea gave us all the help, including taking the heaviest suitcase and as the suitcase wheel broke he gave us a ride back to the bus station. You can book it with peace of mind.

Extremely welcoming and very friendly host. A spacious and quiet rural apartment close to 3 lifts to the top of the mountain. Ideal! Everything super cared for!

Residence Riccardi is amazing place for staying in San Marino. The flat is in ground floor of family house with separate intrance and maximum privacy. Whole apartman was very tidy and clean with nice design thanks that you feel very comfortable and like a home. Pleasent surprise was delicious refreshment and sweets and also card for discount for tickets to towers and museum. Paola is very nice and positive woman who is ready to help you with anythink. Evening check-in wasn't problem. Thank you for nice staying in San Marino 🇨🇿🇸🇲

My family and I felt right at home. We were really comfortable in this cozy cottage. We really recommend it to all families also thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of Giulia's mother who gave us excellent tips for restaurants, to visit San Marino and made us find a typical San Marino dessert for breakfast. The house is very comfortable, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the countryside, but convenient by car to any local attraction. TOP!

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Some places just feel different. It's the personal touch of the hosts; you can feel that they really care about the place and the guests. This is one of those places. Paula is very friendly and proactive in reaching out with helpful directions on arrival, and a personal check in/hand off of the keys. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. It has a living/dining/kitchen area upon entrance, and a hall that leads to the bathroom and one bedroom (TV in the bedroom). The hosts provided some basics for breakfast (juice, yogurt, granola, etc) and the bathroom is stocked what all that you may need (even nail polish remover). There's a beautiful view of the three towers of San Marino from the rooms. Would highly recommend.
