The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors, 15 minutes from Borås city center. The accommodation is newly renovated. 1 km to a beautiful lake where you can swim, fish & barbecue. Within walking distance (5 minutes) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community, there are also tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, bathhouses, a walking path around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (older standard) there is an additional toilet, shower and washing machine. Bed linens and towels are always included in the price.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a private location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, fishing, picking berries, biking, swimming in lots. If you get cold, there is a hot tub. It is a 15 minute walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it takes 20 minutes to Gothenburg. Sup and rowing boat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life out on the balcony. In the house there is a kind cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

Enjoy in this peaceful, newly renovated house with forest and hiking trails close to the plot. In walking distance there is a lake with swimming area and possibility to rent a boat for, for example, fishing. Rental of boat and fishing license is purchased in the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. 5-10 min from Borås city center 5-10 min from Borås golf course 10-15 min from Borås Zoo 50 min from Liseberg 1 hour 10 minutes from Ullared. In Sweden you can hike freely in the forest and nature but do not go into private plots.

Here it is walking distance to the city center with, among other things. ICA store, pharmacy, cafe and a decent inn. It is about 4 km to wonderful Gräfsnäs with its castle ruin, restaurant and swimming area. There are many opportunities for walking, maybe to the forests in the surroundings, or to Erska to try the disc golf course.

Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy at Ifiske, search for fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years old is FREE. Nice house by the lake Lygnern. Peaceful and close to nature. Two bedrooms, one with a single bed (140cm), the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed (140cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed (150 cm), i.e. 6-8 sleeping places upstairs. In the lower level there are two 90 cm beds and two folding beds, i.e. 4 extra sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, freeze. Extra freezer. Bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating. Extra WC. Sauna.
