Thierry was a communicative and helpful host who met us in person even though we arrived late due to travel arrangements. He was friendly and showed us around the apartment and gave us great recommendations. The neighbourhood is a beautiful part of Caen and it was a pleasure to stay there. His apartment is unique with lots of interesting decor and has everything you need to wash clothes, cook etc. We felt it was very good value for money compared to other listings in Caen and would stay there again.

The apartment is well located. Allows you to do anything on foot or almost. It's very functional. The room is quiet. The bathroom is nice. We had a nice stay. Thanks to Fatah.

Great stay at Maxime's apartment. Excellent hosting and very pleasant apartment to stay in: very well furnished (the independent living room allows 4 people to be there without worrying about being in each other's way) and very well decorated. There's nothing missing! The view on the beach is beautiful. Top floor of a very quiet building with very good soundproofing, (even with the busy street during the day) you can't hear anything.

A charming little flat with a beautiful garden and a peaceful atmosphere. Parking can be a bit tricky, and I’d suggest updating the pillows for more comfort, but overall the house is lovely. Thank you, Cyril!

Very nice accommodation, a little small for 8 but for 6 it is ideal. Tidy decor and perfect location for walking. Spots in front of the rental were free. Thank you very much to Sonia for her availability and to the concierge who responded immediately to my question.

Friendly and responsive host Too bad it wasn't warm enough to have our meals on this friendly terrace. An electric grill would be very useful for the outdoors in addition to the charcoal grill. The proximity to the beach is very nice.

Very nice property for a great stay with family. Very good bedding and very good amenities and nice layout of the house. The pool at 28° was really a plus. This place is really to be recommended and Delphine always very responsive. This place is halfway between the city and the harbor and anything can be done on foot. Excellent house to stay at. Well presented with good space and everything we needed. House was cleaned and ready to go. Our host met us for check in and showed us how to access the property. All excellent. Great location within easy walking distance to sea front. Great location for exploring Nomandie, the D-Day landing beaches, Bayeux. Would certainly come back to stay at the property and Normandie again.

Very nice and tastefully furnished apartment in the iconic former Grand Hotel d 'Houlgate. Everything is within walking distance, we had a lovely weekend.

Would love to stay again, due to proximity of the lovely beach and other nearby villages worth visiting. The sea views from the house makes you feel relaxed. Also, the beautiful library and expo hall in Deauville incl restaurant is a short stroll away. i thought this place had a very clever layout: lots of (inbuilt) storage and in general a nice flow. Our boys (2 and 9) felt at home while playing on the floor, watched some tv and entertained themselves building a fort with minimal things such as cushions and bedding in the living room and childrens room, while we were preparing for a day out or making dinner. Last but not least, Audrey is the best!

We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.

A little gem on our favorite resort! Having booked Cécile and Michel's property for my mom, I was able to get a glimpse of the services offered, the happy guests were delighted, thank you for them. No doubt we will keep the address for a future stay in Courseulles. The apartment matches the photos in the listing in every way. The whole has been thought out to optimize the renovation, with taste and harmony. The residence is quiet, everything is within walking distance. Included parking, flexible and autonomous check-in and checkout are really appreciated. Best of all: Cécile and Michel are outstanding, proactive, responsive, considerate hosts...communication is always pleasant and friendly!

We are two Quebec couples who wanted to visit the landing beaches and its museums. The apartment met our expectations very well: it is very well located (25 minutes' walk from the Juno Beach Museum, in particular), in a quiet area. The apartment as such is really comfortable, very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. The bed and sofa bed are perfect, we all slept very well! Thanks Valerie and Manuel for this exceptional stay!
