Ideally located in a peaceful setting, offers rest! This pretty cottage for 4 people, offers on the ground floor: a large fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, combined fridge/freezer, induction stove,...), a bright living room with French window on a private terrace, a first bedroom with dressing room and workspace as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a second bedroom also with a dressing room and an office.

This charming apartment on the Way of Saint James and Joan of Arc was built in 2016 in a part of our farm. You won't have any neighbors across the street. The entry is independent. You'll be very quiet there! The village is peaceful, 15 km from Joinville (supermarkets and others) and 5 km from Bure (Andra and Panier Sympa, the nearest bakery and grocery store), on the border with the Meuse and the Vosges. Many walks in the countryside are at your doorstep.

Only 🐶 1 pet accepted, if small size and prior request (not in the bedroom).

We occupy an apartment in the house with a toddler, so it is FORBIDDEN to have parties.

Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.

Apartment located in the heart of the village, right next to the La Côte Verte restaurant. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking space, disabled access. You can also visit the gardens of my mill at the end of the village. 40 minutes away you can also visit Lake Der. 33 minutes to Colombey-les-2-Églises and right next to the village in Joinville, the Château du Grand Jardin.
