Perfect place, very clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. Listing as described , the beds are at the top and very close to the futoroscope. Very good communication with Thomas. You can book without a second thought!

A beautiful castle that has kept its authenticity. Some may find the decoration of the “hunting trophies” a little too much. However, they are only in places of passage and not in the rooms, which is absolutely not disturbing. The exteriors are superb, with a big favorite for the pool area where we spent half of the stay.

Richard welcomed us very warmly. he was attentive and very helpful throughout the stay. i recommend this listing in a great location for a visit to futuroscope.

What a great place to stay with friends and family. Plenty of space, and really well equipped. Even more space than we expected from the listing, with loads of room for dining and sitting and relaxing. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended!

It's a beautiful apartment, with all the basics you might need for a short or long stay. It is very close to downtown, as well as some faculties of the University of Poitiers. Also, Angélique and Anthony are incredible people always willing to help in any aspect, even outside the accommodation. Undoubtedly, I highly recommend it. 11 of 10.

We had a great time at Mario's house at La Lunoterie! Access is quite easy and 30 min from the futuroscope (what we were looking for) and very quiet. Mario welcomed us very warmly into his cottage. We were even accommodated in a larger cottage because he needed the one on the ground floor. Everything was very clean and functional. We were able to enjoy the (paid) Halloween party. A real happiness! Giant laser game in an incredible setting, with smoke, animated characters etc... and Brasero for the evening meal! We'll definitely be back! Thank you again for hosting us again!

3-night stay, quiet, well-equipped accommodation , discovery of the cave that has its inconveniences ( humidity ,dust and little beasts!!! )very good bedding , refined towels, decoration in adequacy with the premises , very appreciated welcome gift ( THANK YOU FRANCOISE ) , documentation of the surroundings very partial, parking nearby , responsive host in case of need and very complacent, pleasant exterior. An exellent stay , we recommend .

We had a fantastic stay with 10 friends from Amsterdam. Nathalie was very friendly and helpful in giving tips about where to go/where to eat. She even reimbursed us 1 night because there was an issue with the pool. Fantastic value for money, cannot recommend enough. We will definitely come back another time!
