Thanks Nicole for being a great host. We loved the cottage and with the snow around, it felt like a winter wonderland. Taking back a lot of wonderful memories from here but we would definitely love to come back here during summer to make some more memories and enjoy the summer activities.

Such a quiet and amazing getaway! Jaime-Lee was an amazing host, on our last day there was a storm. He let us check out after the storm had passed! Would definitely recommend his places to stay!

This was my best Air bnb yet. My family of 5 had a quick stay here. Joan is super friendly and helpful. She definitely goes above and beyond for her guests. The access to the lake was great as well. She has a peddle boat which makes for good fun on the water. The beds were comfortable and clean with lots of storage for bags. The kitchen has all necessary utensils and coffee for purculating was included 😋. The living area is nice and cozy. Overall 10/10. We will be back!

Our stay at Stella’s lakeside cottage was nothing short of magical! The winter scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with the peaceful lake creating a serene and cozy atmosphere. The cottage itself was warm, inviting, and impeccably clean, making it the perfect retreat from the cold. Stella was an outstanding host—super responsive, thoughtful, and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From enjoying the snowy views by the fireplace to taking refreshing walks by the frozen lake, every moment felt like a true winter escape. This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.

Absolutely beautiful location for a relaxing getaway. Quiet and serene sandy beach. Kayaks available as described and we thoroughly enjoyed taking in the views from the lake. Great place to take the opportunity to try out the SUP in the shallows of their sandy beach. Bev and Louise were welcoming and readily available to answer any questions. We truly appreciate our hosts for sharing their home to provide such a wonderful experience.

The place is super quaint and a great spot on the lake Daniel is a nice guy and kindly helped us recover an item I left in the cabin, which was much appreciated.

Where would I even begin? This was by far the best experience I’ve had. The unit exceeded expectations, it really did make you feel at home from the moment you walked in. It is honestly so nice, zero complaints. The host’s were absolutely amazing. They were so responsive to any need I had no matter how big or small, and made everything just so comfortable. I don’t think I’ll ever come across a group quite like them again. I would highly recommend this unit and any other unit listed under the host’s. They made being away from home and the struggles of daily life feel effortless. I am grateful for all they did and accommodated for me. As I said, best experience I’ve had by far.

Maria’s cottage was perfect for our family of four, including two teenagers! The cottage was spacious and clean. Outdoors was absolutely beautiful with various seating areas - a patio with tables/chairs, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, picnic bench closer to the lake and then more Adirondack chairs right on the dock with a gorgeous view of the lake. The cottage had various outdoor sports/leisure items (kayaks, volleyball, badminton etc). Indoors there were cards, colouring books/crayons, novels etc. All of these made for a fun few days through rain and sunshine. Communication with Maria was timely and kind. We all had a restful and enjoyable 3-4 days at Maria’s cottage and would highly recommend it!! Thank you!!

Really great hosts! They responded quick every time and provided a lot for us. Very much a bring your clothes and you’re good to go situation! The hosts also respected privacy and we never felt uncomfortable being there. The hosts only came if we needed them too and always did when asked, usually within 20 minutes (like for water or propane refills). We also felt safe and secure in this house as we had our own unit and only we could access it. The view of the lake is beautiful and I’m definitely going to miss it! I would definitely recommend and I will be saving this air bnb for any future needs in north bay!:) they also provided all the streaming services which was really great for us during our visit! The outdoor lighting at night was a really nice touch. The place was cleaned really well and you could tell that the hosts truly care, with all the small things most hosts don’t think of or care to do! Thanks for a great stay!:)

Larry’s place was fantastic, very clean lots of amenities and a great location. Me and a few guys came here for an ice fishing trip that went very well, we all had a great time.

The cottage was lovely - had everything available, from kitchen supplies (+), outdoor activities (kayak, canoe, paddle boards, peddle boat, ladder ball, croquet, etc), and lots of movies & books! You can never be bored here or feel like you're missing something. I loved that everything was labelled and organized, so you could always find everything you need. The location is so beautiful and peaceful, and right on the water. My family and I had an amazing time and would come back again! Thank you!!

Great place to stay for a large group of people! Very spacious with lots of room inside and outside. The lake is on the smaller side if you have a pwc but during the week there is almost no other boat traffic so it worked great for us with tubing, boating, and fishing! The cottage itself is a little dated but there was everything we needed to enjoy our stay:)

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at this cottage! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He was quick to answer any questions and made sure everything was just right for our arrival. The cottage itself was exactly like the photos: clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy with all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing escape. One of the highlights was the location. It was private and peaceful, yet still conveniently close to a store for any essentials. Plus, it was just a 10-minute drive from a stunning provincial park with a great hiking trail. Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, this place has it all and it’s perfect for large groups. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

The cottage is new and smelled of wood, spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything that we needed for the cooking and a good selection of tea. There were a lot of board games to play on the rainy morning. The cottage is right on the lake with gorgeous view of water and pines.

We spent two nights at the cottage and that was awesome. Angela made it very simple with clear information about dos and don't. Available outdoor activities are great and even enjoyed lighting the firepit. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend Angela 's cottage as it is found in very quiet and peaceful place. this place is everything and more.. its secluded..but close to the lake.. sadly it was raining and we could not visit the lake.. but the cottage had everything we needed.. it was warm anf welcoming.. very clean.. had all the amenities...Darren was soo kind always offering to take us to the lake making sure we knew where everything was.. drew us a map which was helpful..Nadine was really prompt and accommodating of our request.. 10/10 would recommend and visit again..
