Very nice, beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. The jacuzzi is the icing on the cake. I recommend this house in a peaceful setting! Perfect stay!

we had a great time. Agnes is a dedicated host, kind and attentive to her guests without being intrusive: the stove had been lit to welcome us with a nice flare-up when we arrived! The accommodation is very nice I highly recommend and note to return on occasion.

The stay was just great! We have already been to many vacation rentals, including some more expensive ones, where the furnishings were somewhat more modern but of rather poor quality. Virginie's house is simply superbly furnished and equipped with everything you need and more. We were amazed one or two times at what was available there. For example, we were very happy about the raclette and also liked to use it. The sand toys were also immediately taken over by our son. There were even baby sleeping bags and a potty already on site! The house really leaves nothing to be desired and we had a lovely time, also in the great sunny large garden. Terenez beach is easily reached with a nice walk in about 15-20 minutes. There are many opportunities for hiking and shopping nearby. Many beautiful places, such as Pont Aven or Quimpere, can be reached quickly by car. Recommendation!

We stayed with Catherine for a few days. The listing description matches the property. The veranda is a real plus for this atypical house. We had a pleasant stay with the family. Very nice hikes nearby. If it rains, we recommend the Aquapaq Pool in Quimperlé, which is very complete. And without hesitation, treat yourself to the wood-fired pizzas of Casa di Nathano😋...

Sylvain's apartment is as described and super nice; well located in front of the beach, quiet, close to shops, bars and restaurants with private parking, in the small village of Binic. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The bedding is excellent and the room is quiet. Sylvain is very friendly and our relationships were simplest and most practical. In short, you will have guessed that we highly recommend this host and his apartment.

Everything matches, from the description to the photos. Great for a couple's stay, space, clarity, calm and a large terrace which we enjoyed. Even without a car, many things to do are accessible (bus, coaches, TER) 5 minutes from the accommodation. We thank Olivier for his simple, warm and authentic welcome. Nice functional apartment, clean and very well equipped . The house overlooks the parking lot of the Leclerc supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping but do not expect to make the morning because delivery trucks pass under the windows from 7am.

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Pierre's apartment! They were more than adorable, even offering us to pick us up by car upon arrival. They answered our questions and were flexible on arrival and departure. The apartment was spotless, the location very peaceful. We took advantage of the surrounding area to ride a bike for 4 days. We recommend eyes a second thought!

This is our second stay in this apartment ideally located in the center of Val-André close to all facilities. The Carrefour City is convenient because it is open 7 days out of 7 with large hours on weekdays (7am - 10pm) and opening on Sunday mornings (9am - 1pm) but the prices are expensive, you only have to go for an extra shopping. This supermarket doesn't accept paper restaurant checks, only cards... Emeline was very friendly and responsive when I needed to contact her. The apartment is well equipped but might benefit from being a little better stocked with cutlery. Very comfortable main sleeping arrangements as well as the sofa bed. The sea views offered from the balcony and the sunshine of the apartment are a real plus. No opposite. In short, I highly recommend the Côtes d 'Armor for its beauty! The beach of Val-André is so beautiful with its walk on the dike several kilometers long. JP
