The villa is very big, there are three bedrooms, a large living room, a beautiful kitchen, and a very safe place. Almost everything is next to the house, including food and drink. The owner of the villa is a helpful man, and there is a car that helps you with your daily errands. Mr. David is also helpful and helps you with everything. I advise you to come and live here. I stayed in Ezra's place for about 2 months. The location is super convenient and very quiet at night. Highly recommend it to anyone coming to Addis

We were the first guests, and the house was literally new. The Selamsew and Sisay welcomed us in person, checked up on is during our entire stay and were very responsive. The house was a 11/10, and had extra amenities like monitors which we used for work, and very fast internet I will definately come back to Addis and I hope to stay here again ❤️

Great apartment with a beautiful view. It can be very loud - there's a bar across street which has music going you can hear clearly in the afternoon and evening. Laundry and trash can be done by the cleaning staff if you ask, and there's a good takeout place on the ground floor (in back).

The home was spotless, tastefully furnished, and offered a level of comfort that far exceeded my expectations, at such an affordable price. It’s located in a peaceful and lively neighborhood with access to all basic necessities and not far from the downtown area. The host, a young medical doctor, was very professional and attentive. His Communication was seamless from start to finish. He offered me instant coffee and unlimited internet free of charge in addition to the wifi available on the property I would highly recommend this property to travelers seeking an immaculate and reasonably priced place to stay. I will definitely be staying there again on my next visit to Addis.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mekdes’s apartment From start to finish, Mekdes was an outstanding host. She went above and beyond by arranging a free airport pickup, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our arrival so smooth . The apartment itself was exactly as described spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a comfy bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals.
