Elegant apartment, very well located close to BOIS LE ROI train station and shops. It benefits from a private green terrace and free private parking at the foot of the building. It is quiet and cool in the summer. The kitchen is equipped and opens onto a living room with its exposed stone wall. The independent bedroom overlooks a very quiet private courtyard. A dressing room and a reading area complete it. The bathroom has a bathtub, separate toilet and washing machine.

Près de l'autoroute du sud, Fontainebleau, Blandy l tours, Milly la foret . escalade, randonnée en foret, Franchart, Barbizon peut être envisagé. éventuellement 1 lit d appoint pour enfant. ni fête , ni soirée lors du séjour. Suite à la pandémie nous demandons aux voyageurs de déposer le linge de lit dans la douche et de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes de la salle d eau. A dispo savon liquide et produit désinfectant.

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, less than 1 kilometre from the station and shops, and 300 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.

Located right next to Bois le Roi train station, 33 minutes by train from Lyon train station (Paris). The large bay windows of the Kapla House immerse you in a private plot of 5,000 m² where our family home is also located. Lovers of walking, mountain biking or climbing are a 5-10 min walk from the banks of the Seine as well as the entrance to the Fontainebleau forest. Whenever possible, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times.

In a private property, independent duplex studio of more than 20 m2. On the ground floor: Kitchen with dining area, shower room with toilet and washing machine. Upstairs living room with sofa bed and TV. Ideally located in a quiet area, you will find within a 15-minute walk: Melun city center, banks of the Seine. Direct access to Vaux-le-Pénil city center within a 5-min walk and Bus to Melun train station (direct to Paris in 25 min).

This charming house of 45 m2 completely renovated and located in the heart of the Fontainebleau Forest is ideal for lovers of nature and climbing. La Parenthèse is a small green setting easily accessible from Paris: 30 min by train from Gare-de-Lyon, then 15 min walk to Bois-le-Roi train station. Must-see climbing sites (20+) can be reached from 10 minutes by car. A real break for a weekend or more at the gates of the capital!
