Mr. Utku was a very interested host. He responded to all our questions instantly, thanks to him. Apart from that, the location of the house is fascinating, the view is great at night, the view is great, the large balcony was very enjoyable. As a result, this house allowed me to have a great holiday with my children and my wife. I hope to stay here again in the coming years.😊

Very nice apartment. Simple, yet cozy, clean and has everything that one needs for a comfortable stay. There were some essentials missing at the beginning but Murat promptly provided them as well as the new blanket. Nights started becoming chilly. The apartment complex has a shared pool which is a bonus. The view from the living room/balcony is also very nice. Murat was always very attentive to the needs, replied promptly and even allowed a late checkout. If I come to this area, will gladly stay again here

The house was delivered very clean, a pleasant house where a family can stay comfortably , offering an even bigger space with its covered terrace.

I had such a lovely time staying at this home in Gümüşlük. Everything was just perfect – the house was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything I needed. The garden and the view were absolutely amazing – I could’ve spent the whole day just sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet. The neighborhood was calm and beautiful, just what I was looking for. The host was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I really felt at home. I’d love to come back someday – highly recommended!

Ece’s place it’s in the perfect location! We were 1 minutes blocked walking from the centre and 10 from the sea side. Locations it’s perfect! The house comfortable and quiet. Absolutely a must! Thank you

Great walkable location near Kos! As 2 women we felt very safe even at night. Tigaki Beach is a short drive for white sand (beach at unit is pebbles and busy). Host was responsive. Only drawback was the hard beds, but that seems to be a thing in Greece- Athens was the same. (Recommended getting memory foam pads and host was going to look into it). Rental car was a must for us to see the sites. Highlights: Asklepion, Therma Beach, Plaka Forest, Zia for views and BEST food our whole trip (I think its called Oromedon Restaurant- it’s the big one close to Kos Natural Park) Tigaki Beaches, Crepes And You (Old Town Kos- reg. AND gluten-free- delicious!). We did a day trip by ferry to Bodrum. Meh. If I could do it again, I don’t know that I would. It was a big hassle getting there and back for only a few hours. It was more than novelty of being in our first Muslim country. We did have a good experience at a restaurant, having Turkish tea and coffee. Walked around the old wall and the windmill

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yiannis' and Georgia's apartment. It's newly renovated, super clean, has all amenities one could wish for and you can see the love they put into every detail. The location itself is fantastic: only a few steps from the beach (you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony) and super cute beach clubs (we'd particularly recommend Alibaba and Mylos) and waterfront restaurants (we especially liked Barbouni). The walk to the town center (which is a bit more touristy but very pretty as well) is only about 10-15 minutes, so you can easily get around by foot or bike, but we did enjoy our home neighborhood the most. As hosts, Yiannis and Georgia were a dream. They might be the nicest people we've ever met. Super accommodating, quick to respond and they made us feel so, so welcome from the moment we arrived in Kos to the second we left. We are really grateful and would definitely stay with them again!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Really private, with an enormous terrace from where we could watch the ferries to/from Turkey etc. The sea is a few seconds’ walk away and it was very central so we could fully explore Kos town as often as we wanted. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants all within very easy walking reach. The apartment is very well kitted out and very comfortable, there are loungers (plus table/chairs) on the terrace which we made full use of, plus a good tv to access Netflix/you tube etc. The kitchen has things like olive oil/salt/pepper, soap etc which was really useful rather than having to buy them for a short break. Great WiFi reception. I would go back in a flash. Thank you, Maria, for a fabulous time in your wonderful apartment.

Zoki and Anna are lovely hosts, very nice and quickly responding. The apartment is very new, well equipped and decorated with love. I was there in May at low season and it was nice and quite. Everything is walkable which was great. I can recommend staying here.

Lovely newly renovated apartment in central Kos ,all required utilities in the apartment, friendly owner and very responsive ,with very helpful neighbours(family members) shared outdoor area to dry clothes which was very positive. Overall excellent spot!!

The accommodation was extremely clean and really super equipped, and all the important places were within walking distance. The contact was always friendly and quick. The only thing that had bothered was the noisy main street.

Stayed here for 1 week mid October 2024, the apartment was excellent, spotless clean and within walking distance of everything you need. Some reviews mentioned the mattress was very hard which it was, however we met the owners on day 1 of our stay (Father and Son) and they added a second mattress topper within 20 mins of mentioning this, really wonderful people who would do anything for you. The apartment is within walking distance to everything you need: 5 mins from harbour for all the restaurants, cafe and bars you will want for your stay. 5 mins in the opposite direction and you’ll find an excellent take away pizza place for when you wish to stay in and have a cozy night. You are directly across from loads of beach clubs spanning the beach, each one will welcome you in and offer great food all day and live music at nights (Fri/Sat). As soon as you close your front door, you won’t hear any music or noise either. Added bonus, apartment is next door to a 24 hr supermarket. 10/10👍

I have stayed with a lot of airbnb so far. Mr. Muharrem was the most wonderful host. Mr. Husarrem was our parents, our parents were our upper neighbors, they left the garden crops at our door in the morning, a very sweet, kind family. All the items of the house were zero and sparkling clean house sheets, pillows, the kitchen area was immaculate, the kitchen area was quite sufficient, there is a beach within walking distance of the site, the prices are very reasonable, we ate there for dinners, I would recommend it most of the time. We spent one night in this AirBnB in Kos and were completely satisfied. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and offered a variety of facilities that made our stay very pleasant. A particular highlight was the pool, which was perfect for cooling off and was well maintained. Another plus point was the excellent internet speed, which was very stable and fast - ideal for anyone who needs to be online during their stay. The price-performance ratio was excellent and we felt really comfortable here. Overall, we can recommend this accommodation.

great and quiet home, not large or small, right size compared to what you need for a beach house. air conditioning and working Wi-Fi, appliances as well... no criticism, quiet area, busy during the day but not at night or late at night.
