Tedrick’s place was immaculate! Ms. Diane, housekeeper, had the place spotless upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this place and would be visiting again in the near future.

This place was quiet, on the quiet part of the island, East end, you will need to rent a car to stay here but it was worth it. La Casita was a delicious Mexican food place nearby, yummy. The kayak tour to the bioluminescent bay was awesome as well and close by.

Liz's place was the absolute best! The unit was immaculate and was stocked with all of the amenities we could have ever needed. When we arrived she even had a gift basket of local treats for us, they were great! Liz was extremely responsive to all of our questions and helped advise us on activities and restaurants during our stay. Since this was our first time to Grand Cayman we found it to be extremely helpful. The location was perfect for our family of 4. The unit is located right on Spotts Beach where we could be in the ocean within minutes to snorkel with the turtles, sting rays, and fish and is still only a short drive from any activity or beach we wanted to visit on the island. We had a wonderful time and we can't wait to come back again and stay with Liz!

This was our first time in Grand Cayman. In general, this apartment is pretty good and I think you get the best price/quality ratio in the area. Checking in/out was super easy. We booked it just three hours prior to arrival. The manager is very nice and helpful. She gave us extra beach towels, explained a few things about getting around the island, called a taxi for us after checking out. She also gave her phone number so we could call her if needed. The apartment is in great condition: everything works as advertised. It’s right next to the water, but it’s not like a sandy beach, it has a little pier with a ladder. I would say, it’s not good for kids younger than 5-7 years old. But you’re literally 30 seconds away from water. We have a two year old, so I would swim at the pier in the morning and then we would get a bus to go to a more kids friendly regular beach. There is a big grocery store just five minutes away, and bunch of restaurants too. The area is nice and safe.

What an incredible location to stay at. Everything is as described. Clear communication throughout. Would definitely love to go back there one day. Thanks for having us

Fantastic location on the SMB side of the island!!! The beach at RBC is dwindling, but it isn't difficult for an able bodied person to walk a short distance up the beach for those looking to enjoy more sand. The ocean here is fantastic, and the pool is clean and easily accessible to the entire complex. We have stayed here in the past and would trade being on a higher level with views for the ease of the ground access of Zhenya's property. Having had children with us, it was incredibly convenient to be able to come in from the beach and the parking area with groceries without having to navigate and lug things with us upstairs. We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for lodging at this price point. Our host was super responsive, and the condo had everything we needed to feel right at home. Cheers!

The condo and location were truly amazing. We had a wonderful stay, comfortable accommodations for a family of 5 and Gianrico was a great host. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the water is right in your backyard. The Rum Point Beach Club is right next door which is an easy spot to grab lunch or dinner. Rum Point in general was beautiful and serene and The Retreat is a really nice complex all around. We loved our stay there and hope to make it back!

Our time at Ocean Paradise was amazing! The location is in a quieter part of the island, and close to plenty of great beaches and activities. The beach in front of the property is rocky, but we were able to snorkel directly in front of the house and saw a lionfish and other types of tropical fish. The property is quiet and peaceful and other than the few people staying at the other houses, we didn't see another person on the beach the entire week. Rum Point is an easy 5 minute drive away with several great beaches, shallow clear water, beach bars, restaurants, activities, etc... We drove to 7-Mile Beach a couple days, which was ~45 minutes away, but it's a beautiful and easy drive to get to the other side of the island. Restaurant options and grocery stores are definitely limited on the North Side, but there was a small grocery store 5 minutes away for daily trips and we were able to resupply at the larger grocery stores anytime we went into town. Overall highly recommended!

Peter and Mitzi had been very responsive and kind allowing for late check out for our late flight, house is big enough, we walked to the beach but it’s a walk that not everyone in our group wanted to do due to the distance but easy drive to 7 mile beach. The home is enough to spread out and very comfortable. Great bargain and for our family we decided not to do a condo we have in the past and glad we did Peter’s house

The house was beautiful and clean. The host responded quickly and we had no issues. The view was incredible and within walking distance of a nice beach and restaurant. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful! Worth every penny!

Nice spacious place for two people. We only had one minor issue with an unintentionally locked door and Shellie was immediately responsive and had it fixed within an hour. the place was well equipped with everything needed. Weather was windy while we were there but that's not their fault. Great communication!

We had a wonderful stay at Whispering Cay. The house and surrounding area is as beautiful as the photos! Mitzie has great information about the local area and things to do. The final touch is the amazing rum cake waiting for you when you arrive at the house.

My husband and I stayed here with our 18 year old son for a week and it was everything we hoped it would be. Instructions to check in couldn’t have been easier, parking in your own carport was perfection! Beds were comfortable- WiFi inside was good but an extender to outside areas would have been nice. We got great use of the beach chairs and all the beach towels they provided. We took them with us on day trips. The beach area is more for hanging out and laying out . Very relaxing but not an area you will want to get into since there is tons of vegetation. We were so happy to see a Netflix account set up on the TV and we used it every evening. One of my favorite things about this home was the large master closet and vanity area. We had so much space to organize our stuff and keep things tidy during our stay. There were a few things that needed attention when we arrived and Kate and Nick took care of it quickly!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! While it is far away from the 7 mile beach, we were so happy to be away from the e hustle and bustle. It is a short drive from rum point which is a nice beach area. The snorkeling right in front of the house was fun, and the hike provided all the gear we needed! Host was incredibly responsive! We would love to stay again in the future!

To make a long review short, well worth the money. It's a huge house, it could comfortable sleep 6-8 people and not be crowded. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Every time we needed something, even things you wouldn't expect like a coffee bean grinder. toaster oven, or snorkel, it was there. The sandy beach was maybe 20 yards to the East. It's worth the price. Would go back again and again.

Absolutely no complaints about this condo! The location is great and very easy to navigate with a rental car. The beach is very private and well maintained. We used the chairs and umbrellas on the beach almost every day and never had anyone beside us except for maybe an hour one day. The view from the condo is spectacular…even more so than in the pictures. The bed is extremely comfortable and the overall condo is in great condition. We booked a jet ski snorkeling activity through Red Sail Sports, which is conveniently located within walking distance from the condo towards the Seafire resort. Highly recommend this service. The host was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. We are already talking about visiting Cayman again and staying in this same condo!

My wife and I stayed for three nights. We loved the location…walk right out onto the beach! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was perfect

We absolutely loved our time here. Be sure to bring plenty of money to accommodate your travel needs re: taxi, shuttle, water taxi services. The coffee shop was awesome for a quick breakfast, and we enjoyed the dinners at Kaibo. The place was so perfect for us, never crowded, friendly people, definitely worth it! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

It was an incredible lovely experience staying at the Mastic Chapel. :) It is like a dream come true. :) It is a sparkling clean, private, quiet, special, spacious and wonderful place to relax. The kitchen is very well equipped, the whole chapel is thought through in every detail for a very pleasant stay. The pool is warm, has a comfortable covering (not slipery and also not too rough) and different depths to stand our lying in it and enjoying the very nice garden. Nigel and Kairys are very friendly, welcoming and kind hosts, it was a great pleasure meeting them and get a private tour on their trail in the forest. This was one of the best airbnb‘s we have ever been (and we have been in a lot all over the world), we definitely recommend to book this lovely chapel and would love to come back.

Spent a week here with our kids. It was beautiful. Would definitely stay in this area again and of course Lin was an excellent host. Had beach to ourselves most days. Saw sea turtles and rays daily. Turtle researchers were surveying nests on the beach and the kids got to see minutes old baby sea turtles. Renting a car is a must Imho. Ms. Piper’s Kitchen was our favorite meal. Pappagallo was also good. Skip Tukka. Bleh. Macabuca was a lovely last meal of the week. Lesson learned: The reef protects the shore, but there are still waves to play in. We rented kayaks. Don’t bother. You can snorkle out to the reef, just stay on the shore side of it. With water shoes you can make your way across the rocks to the deeper water, but you’ll likely get a scrape or two. More fish and interesting coral, but drops off to 30+ feet pretty quick. You can paddle out through the channel if you know what you’re doing, but don’t take kids. No way to anchor and big waves sneak up.

We loved the condo, the location, the decorations, and the landscaping of the complex. The condo had everything and more for what we needed. It had every possible amenity, utensils, soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, internet...the list goes on and on. The location was extremely convenient to the beach, food, and other places nearby. We would absolutely consider staying here again next time.

Bill was an amazing and gracious host. He allowed us to check in early. Additionally, when we had issues with the door lock, he responded immediately. The condo was clean and as described. There was a list of recommendations for local eateries that we found super helpful. Condo is literally just steps from the private beach. Would highly recommend the home and host!
