She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

Hang was great, something happen with our first place of theirs and they quickly got us a different spot nearby that was even bigger. Thank you!

A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

5-star Stay — Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at this lovely studio. The space is full of natural light, spacious, and incredibly well-located — perfect for exploring the city but still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Everything was sparkling clean, and I want to give a special thank you to Linh, the cleaner, for doing such an amazing job. It really made a difference walking into such a fresh and spotless space. The host was kind and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!

Despite staying there for a short while, Phuong’s Home was such a nice place to stay in and I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay whilst they are in Hanoi. They made sure that the check-in was easy and even greeted me at the door. The place is nice and quaint and I love what she has done with the apartment, you would never have expected such a wonderful apartment in that area. It is walkable to the old quarter and there are loads of cute cafés around. You are also a short walk from the train street as well. The only feedback I would give is to update the sheets as they can be a bit uncomfortable due to the material, but that is my only problem that I had with the place. She even offered to show me around and gave me some great recommendations to visit and eat. All the main amenities were available and the place felt clean.

Great stay in Hanoi, would definitely recommend! Less than a 10 min car ride to Old Quarter. Secure and private. Inside was clean and felt very comfortable 🥰 Hosts were responsive, were present during check in and booked transfers and gave helpful lists of local places to visit. We had a lovely time at this airbnb! The hosts were responsive and friendly. They also gave us local recommendations, which we really appreciated. This is a cute, authentic stay in the heart of Hanoi. My friends and I joked that it felt like we were having a fun slumber party with how the beds spanned the entire room. We also appreciated the drinking water left for us. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend.

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

Super lovely air bnb right at the centre of Hanoi, walkable to Hoam Kiem lake so there was always lots to do and see. We had a few problems with the apartment but the hosts responded super quickly to our messages. Even sending repairmen within an hour or so. I highly recommend this stay!

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

The place isn't very big and not super easy to find but it's a lovely apartment in a very central location. Easy to get to, lots of restaurants, sights and things to do around. The street noise is less than expected and the apartment is very clean. Communication was absolutely spectacular, questions have always been answered almost immediately. Definitely recommended!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

If you looking for quietness in the busy city centre, thats the place. Once you enter the homestay, it was peaceful quiet comfortable. Homestay feel warm and cozy. Easy access to a lot of places. Definitely recommend

The host Ngoc is really nice. We asked for help when we made a mistake leaving the key, and they resolved it very kindly. I highly recommend this accommodation.

host - great communication and everything as described location - awesome. right in the middle of old town house - three great sized bedrooms, each on their own floor. small kitchen that served it's purpose. great wifi any cons - the only thing is that there was still rubbish in the bins when we arrived and bit dusty. didn't detract from over all experience but just a point to note. overall very happy and a great host

Karatia’s home is located in the center of Hanoi’s old town which makes it really convenient for tourists. There’s marching and drying machines, it’s quiet from the appartment and the best thing by far is Karatia’s predisposition to help, always helpful and caring.
