Great stay, great host!

Good place to be in Hanoi near all accommodations. Bus 4 just across the road to go to Opera (main place) and very good communication with the hosts that are very friendly.

It was a pleasant stay. Great for people with families but a little tricky with steps as each room is situated per floor. You just decide where is your communal room. Nice to have breakfast in the penthouse with the sunrise. The old quarter is easy accessible with taxi. Just make sure you will be dropped off near F88 and just walk to the accom. The host was very helpful and accommodating with our requests. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean place with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We had 3 small kids with us and there were all necessary utensils and electronics for their wonderful stay. The host was responsive and very accommodating. Recommended for families .

Great easy stay in Hanoi. The rooms are separate but spacious and new.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

Mai's place was absolutely gorgeous hideaway in Old Town Hanoi. The instructions she left were easy to follow and the place was perfect for our group of seven. There is plenty to walk to from the location and we were able to explore a lot in the time we had there. Mai even listed a lot of great recommendations for us to try food in the area and she was very responsive. The place was exactly as advertised and it was so comfortable and well laid out. Each floor has their own bathroom and the AC was great in the heat. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Hanoi. if you are looking for a great place with a great location, and is quiet at night then I highly recommend this place.

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

Despite staying there for a short while, Phuong’s Home was such a nice place to stay in and I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay whilst they are in Hanoi. They made sure that the check-in was easy and even greeted me at the door. The place is nice and quaint and I love what she has done with the apartment, you would never have expected such a wonderful apartment in that area. It is walkable to the old quarter and there are loads of cute cafés around. You are also a short walk from the train street as well. The only feedback I would give is to update the sheets as they can be a bit uncomfortable due to the material, but that is my only problem that I had with the place. She even offered to show me around and gave me some great recommendations to visit and eat. All the main amenities were available and the place felt clean.

We had a lovely 5-day stay at Holly's. Apparently extremely well located: everything nearby, quiet accommodation. The ladder to go up to the second bedroom is a bit steep for older people or those who may have vertigo, prefer the first bedroom. The washing machine is very convenient. Holly is very responsive.

The house is beautiful, one room on each floor. We are 4 people, one room each. Small top room, will share WC with downstairs, suitable for kids and young people. The room is large, cozy, clean. Especially quiet, relaxing. Highly recommended.

Super lovely air bnb right at the centre of Hanoi, walkable to Hoam Kiem lake so there was always lots to do and see. We had a few problems with the apartment but the hosts responded super quickly to our messages. Even sending repairmen within an hour or so. I highly recommend this stay!

We had an amazing stay at Thuy’s property! Thuy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing Netflix access in each room and even helping us dry our clothes for free when we had to leave before they were ready. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone in our group. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for an exceptional and thoughtful hosting experience!

Linh's place is cozy and conveniently located with many great places to visit or eat around. The host is super responsive and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay at her place next time in town.

We rented the whole house, all four rooms, for our group and it was convenient, clean, and comfortable. Great value and location was 4 minutes walk to train street, 15 minutes walk to Hoan lake or whatever it’s called. Beer street and night market are 12 minutes or so as well. The stairs to the rooms are steep…backpacks are best for that climb! You can manage with suitcases but you will get a workout in for sure.

Karatia’s home is located in the center of Hanoi’s old town which makes it really convenient for tourists. There’s marching and drying machines, it’s quiet from the appartment and the best thing by far is Karatia’s predisposition to help, always helpful and caring.

Anna was the best on top of already a great stay that was very relaxing and convenient, she helped facilitate the retrieval of two items we left behind. She was absolutely lovely and an amazing host

This 3-bedroom Airbnb was perfect for our group! The place was clean and conveniently located near everything (especially the market!), and comfortably fit all of us. Considering how many people it could sleep, it was definitely worth the price. June was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
