It is a great location for walking and touring the region. If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. It's a great base for the wild Cairngorms, forest walks, Glamis, Scone and more. Dogs stay at no charge.

Two of the double bedrooms are on the ground floor which is useful for people with restricted mobility.
