Florin's apartment is very well positioned, in the proximity of the seawall and the sea, we loved it because it is spacious, airy, clean and met our needs, traveling with a baby. Florin is an extraordinary host, he gave us all the information we needed and allowed us to check in before the standard time, so as not to defer the little one's sleep. Am stat 3 nopti in August 2024. Very clean studio with everything you need, bathroom quite large and clean. The studio is right at the boulevard, it can be a little noisy sometimes but nothing very disturbing my opinion. Pillows a little soft for my taste, I prefer firmer pillows, here depends on everyone's taste, it's not necessarily a minus. Overall very ok, nothing is missing, I really recommend it.

Highly recommend! We had an amazing month-long stay here with our two young children. The host is friendly and responsive; the apartment is very clean, well-appointed, and even more spacious than the pictures show. As we were travelling with children, we really appreciated the crib and highchair that were available for us to use. Huge terrace for relaxing and playing, great shops and food nearby, walkable to the Morska Gradina. While being in the middle of everything in Chaïka, the apartment itself is still very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place! Will seek this place out again for our next trip to Varna.

I had a very good experience staying at Razvan’s place. Everything met the requirements expected. When i will come next time in Constanta, i know where i would book a room! Recommend!!

A good place to spend your holiday!

The place met my expectations, everything was phenomenal, except it was quite loud because the elevator is located right next to the wall of the apartment, and every time someone was using it you could hear it from the apartment. But everything else was very nice)

The apartment was beautiful and I felt at home. Christine and Andrew were very friendly and understanding, all went well and it was an amazing stay:)

Good apartment at the sea-side.

Andrew and Cris were so kind and helpful. I have to admit that the flat is old, and had a few problems, but they went out of their way to help. The location is very convenient with a bus stop just outside and shops nearby.

Good vacation accommodation, comfortable enough for a large family or company.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

We had a great time Mark's place. The apartment is in a premium location with ocean views, right in front of the pool, on the top floor (note: there is no elevator). The resort was not too crowded when we visited, the staff were friendly and all the restaurants were good. We'd stay again if we have the opportunity.

nice apartment, everything matches the description. Very quiet location at the same time the beach is a 10-15 minute walk ,due to the fact that there are no many hotels nearby, the beach is quite empty. There is a store near the house there is everything you need and there is a market within a 15-20 minute walk and there is also a public transport station.

The apartment is in a good location, it is very practically divided and has almost everything you need. Communication with the hostess was good and proactive, which we particularly liked. The beds were comfortable, we had enough towels and linens. The balcony is quite spacious and we had enough space to dry the wet towels and also to relax and watch the sea. At the time of our stay, there was a construction site opposite, but I guess it will be completed by 2025.
