Smaller farmhouse 45 sqm 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and combined kitchen/living room with TV on small horse farm with all amenities. Bed linens and towels and some coffee are included. 1.5 km from E 12 in the village with Sweden's second longest birch alley. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are in the yard but the farmhouse is allergy-friendly, no animals stay there. Internet via WiFi for video calls is available.

Cozy cottage, magical views & proximity to nature!

Fully equipped guest house with open fire in master bedroom. Heating/cooling with 2x air heat pumps/air conditioning. Proximity to nature and walks in a rural setting. 25 km to Umeå C 5 km to the nearest grocery store. If I have the opportunity on your arrival date, transportation can be arranged from the airport to the property for SEK 500. The living environment and the view have been described as paradise more than once, so we hope that you too will enjoy your visit. You can't get more Swedish countryside than this!

Here you live calm and peaceful ten minutes from Umeå. Own house (farmhouse) 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a nice sleeping mattress to put on the floor. Toilet with shower that also accommodates a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed box spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress topper.

This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Simple house in stunning nature!

A nice and cosy old house set in the stunning Swedish countryside! Biking, hiking and Snowscooter trails lead right to the door! This was our family home until last year and the house is well set-up for families. There is a dedicated trail down to the river (300 meters) where you can borrow our Canoe and there are many nice swimming and BBQ spots within 20 mins walk/drive. The nearest store, train station and summer cafe is 7 mins drive away in Tvärålund. Buses run regularly into Umeå.
