It was a perfect place if you want peace and beautiful place, I loved my stay and the host was very helpful and respectful, I'm recommend their place very much. They even gifted us a beautiful delicious wine. It was perfect.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

A great spot for having peace and city center at one spot. Everything is basically walkable distance. Artashes was good and reliable host. Perfect for 4 people.

Lusine is beautiful! Very friendly, lives downstairs, but there is also a full sense of personal space. Beautiful nature around, quiet, other guests live quietly and separately - you can say hello as you pass by on the way to your apartment. Very clean, very clean, 20 minutes' walk to the center or a very cheap taxi. There are small shops for fruit/bread near the property, so you don't have to go to the center for basic food. We booked another airbnb for the night, and it turned out to be terribly dirty. Lusine took us back to her place right away, treated us with strawberries and candy. This is my most favorite place in all my years in different airbnbs. I will definitely come again, Lusine, thank you so much! See you soon!

Very beautiful house, hospitable owners. We had a great stay in this beautiful place.

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!
