Separate apartment, with its own entrance, about 35 sqm, which is part of a surrounding farm, about 300 meters from the sea. Ten-minute walk to Långa Bryggan and close to beaches, golf and cities like Lund and Malmö. The apartment has a combined kitchen/living room and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It sleeps 23m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm wide (1-2 people) and in the living room a 90 cm bed/sofa (1 person).
