Staying at Philippe’s place in Eisenschmitt felt like stepping into a Jane Austen novel—absolutely magical. The house is half of a beautifully preserved old building, with Philippe living in the other half. Every detail was chosen with care: a charming mix of antiques and modern touches, fresh flowers, and even a bottle of champagne to welcome us. Philippe was a wonderful host—present when needed, but always respectful of our privacy. The house sits next to a babbling creek, and it’s incredibly peaceful. We had access to half the yard, which our dog absolutely loved. Philippe is very dog-friendly—our dog had a big, comfy bed, a welcome treat, and plenty of space to run. We also really enjoyed the valley the village is set in—quiet and picturesque, with a beautiful hiking path leading to an old abbey and a lovely little bakery. It's also just a short drive to the Manderscheid castle or the nearby volcanic lakes (the Maare). A truly special place to relax and recharge.

Our stay at this accommodation was very nice! The cottage is spacious, clean, cozy. The view is awesome. Kitchen is equipped with almost everything. It is very quiet location. What would have made it perfect is a fenced garden (or a fenced area) since we can't let our dog loose. But we knew this in advance so we were prepared. You can leave the cottage on foot to go into the woods to take beautiful walks. Shops are easily accessible by car. Host is easily accessible and very friendly. She was also kind enough to send me my coats that I had forgotten. The street in front of the driveway has crumbled. That makes it a little harder to drive up the driveway, but it is doable.

The accommodation is a safe bet. For us four guys who meet once a year, this great house with the wonderful garden and the magnificent forest view offers everything we need to spend a few days together.

We had a wonderful stay in Awenne , a beautiful area with numerous walks nearby. We were warmly welcomed and had a pleasant stay in the house. The spacious garden and the sunny terrace is an absolute added value.

We spent 5 days with 2 couples in Christian's house and everything was perfect: very spacious, more than enough household goods, a beautiful garden and so much more. The owner and owner respect your privacy and ask after a while if everything is going well. The perfect approach for us. Don't hesitate to book here.

We spent a fantastically beautiful weekend in a beautiful house furnished with a lot of love for detail and a charming garden. Here, the pictures on the Internet match reality. It was a vacation from the beginning. For our annual family reunion with all our adult children and dog, a great place to stay, which is wonderfully private and offers great opportunities for excursions. Everything is good. About 25 minutes' walk to Porta Nigra. Directly opposite, a church tower clock strikes, but Jutta had already pointed this out in the description. The bathroom is modern with a rain shower and spotless.

A fantastically idyllic place! My son and I had a wonderful time at Hjerke's on the Heidberghof. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and very cozy! You feel right at home. Hjerke is an incredibly warm host. Thank you for everything and we will be back for sure!!!

We had a wonderful weekend for four and our 2 dogs. The apartment has everything you need. We cooked, grilled and chilled on the great terrace. The apartment has a very charming style and is tastefully decorated. Optimal location with a view, you can go hiking directly from the house. Sparkling clean cottage with friendly welcome. Beautifully decorated, homey and smells very nice 😉 Plenty to do in the area. It is a quiet area but is located on a main road. We visited Trier, took beautiful walks nearby and ate in Echternach. Also recommended with a child. Thanks for the nice days!

Long weekend stayed with Cristina with whole family and our cat. A nice space and neighborhood to relax and enjoy the green surroundings. The cottage had everything we needed and if it wasn't there, we could ask Cristina. She responds very quickly and is very friendly. We have felt at home!

A wonderful host, Heimgard showed us around her beautiful garden, introduced us to all the lovely animals in it and recommended nice walks in the area. We are sure to come back to this ‘secret garden’ one day…

We spent some really nice days in Maria's apartment. It was a very nice break, everything was available and the children were very well occupied. I can recommend this apartment one hundred percent and we are looking forward to next time at Maria's. We spent a few lovely days at Maria's vacation flat. Everything was thought through with a lot of little touches here and there. The kids had loads of fun with the various toys and tractors on offer. I can highly recommended staying there and we can't wait to come visit again :)

Our family of four, with two young girls, had an absolutely incredible stay at Jürgen's farm! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The girls completely fell in love with the family farm – it was such a unique and memorable experience for them. The Airbnb itself was really comfortable and truly had everything we could possibly want or need. The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful, and we quickly realized that four days just weren't enough to explore it all. We're already dreaming of our next visit! Tina & Tom's place was absolutely beautiful, calm, clean and everything we hoped for. Tom was super prompt with our queries. We loved the peace & quiet of the place. It's a perfect place to read, write and wind down. We'd definitely want to come back to this place. I highly recommend this place.

The space was clean, spacious and well appointed. There's nothing missing. Check-in instructions were great. The couch is a little small for two people for a cozy TV evening, but you could use Netflix freely, which is not the rule.

Lovingly furnished bungalow with a great garden. 100% recommended - thanks to a crib, high chair and toys also for travelers with small children. ☺️ We felt very comfortable. Thank you!
