Rade has its own highway exit and access, so the highway exit is easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. My accommodation: a construction trailer that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

There is a public transport connection and by car you can reach the center of Hamburg in 20 minutes. Holger has valuable tips and tricks for all projects. We had a wonderful extended weekend in the great cabin. Big pluses for the hot tub, the cozy bed, and the opportunity to feed and watch the Kois really come down. Meinersen and his residents are also very delightful, we felt very comfortable all around and would be happy to come back ❤️ p.s. the TV is much bigger than in the current photo ;)

Superbly equipped apartment in the old town. There was nothing missing. Parking for 2 cars available. Marion already informed us on the way there about the status of the check-in. Upon arrival, we were received in a very friendly manner and received a brief introduction to the apartment. Marion also gave us tips about the area and restaurants. We felt very comfortable.

Had a lovely stay. Glamping experience in the backyard, there was a small fridge, sink, coffee machine, and some cutlery and plates. Allowed us to use the fire pit to cook, provided wood and fire starter. Would reccomend if you want a rustic get away in Hamburg, peaceful but still close enough to go into the city. Helga was very kind and welcoming.

we were 6 adults there, all could sleep secluded (couch, two mattresses in the "children's room", large bed in the "parent room"). The apartment was really big and we had plenty of space for 6 people. In the living room is a very large couch and a large TV where we could watch movies. Even in winter you can have a nice walk in the area. The pool was about 18 degrees with us. The sauna was great and we smell it on our own. We arrived with a wheelchair and everything worked out great. Jennifer is really very very nice and made sure we have everything we need

Such a great experience if you like animals. A peaceful old farmhouse in a nice small town. Sally the dog is super friendly to everyone, both humans and animals. Our kids loved holding the two week old chickens and feeding our food scraps to the pigs. Regina is very friendly and helpful.

the check-in worked wonderfully without problems, the sauna fabulous as well as the pool. Quiet surroundings. Parking in front of the property wonderful, restaurant just around the corner not far into the city. felt super comfortable, we would definitely use it again and also recommend it.

A great place with a great host. I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures – clean, well equipped and super cozy. The attention to detail and the garden was particularly beautiful for me. The house is large and offers plenty of space. Janett was extremely friendly, helpful and always available if any questions came up. The location of the property is also perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I'd love to come back!
