The apartment is very nice and spacious. The windows are well placed to allow plenty of natural light and fresh air with cross breezes. Being at the rear of the building, this relatively quiet apartment is very nicely decorated. I really like the character of the furnishings and the mix of mid century modern and traditional. All the furniture is comfortable including the bed. Heat and AC both work well, depending on your season. I have stayed in this apartment before and decided to come back because it is so nice. Karina, the owner, is very nice, always quick to respond and very helpful if the need arises.

I liked the apartment, the upper floor, everything inside is very thoughtful and cozy. Cons: periodic problems with water (the house has just been built) - it seems to be a temporary problem. And, next to the school - there may be noisy events. Otherwise, it's a great option for the money. The view from the window is also beautiful. Definitely recommend it!

Good location, close to the center, the apartment itself is comfortable, plenty of space, there is room to lay out and hang clothes. There is a place for remote work, there is not enough of a soft work chair but this is just a small wish) Shops, cafes, canteens are a 5-minute walk from the house. The kitchen in the apartment is small but has everything you need to cook at home.

We loved the place and location is just perfect. You won’t possibly find any better location than this . A lot of nice places for breakfast, mall next to us, parks. We felt home staying there. Kamal was so kind to let us check in early in the morning as we arrived. Big thanks for that. Highly recommend this place for everyone.

Great, clean flat. Prime location for convenience of shops, cafes, etc. Also offered 24 hour security which really gave us a peace of mind. Would defintiely stay again. The only thing that would have made it perfect if bottled water was available.
