Vacation rentals with beach access in Birgu

Martina and Monica were so helpful for our stay. For example myself and my partner were trying to work the TV to stream a show we had been watching on my ipad, we wrote the girls around 9:30pm and within minutes they sent us a video showing how to get the TV running! They also keep a British to European outlet adapter in the house which was a godsend because we didnt have one on us! 10/10 would stay again! Oh and the place had incredible air conditioning!

We really enjoyed our stay, the views were beautiful and the beds extremely comfortable. The pool was a must to keep us cool in the heat. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Eliza’s luxury Penthouse

Bert’s place was extremely peaceful with amazing views of Valletta across the water. Place was clean and tidy with all the amenities you need as a base to explore Malta. The apartment is a 10min walk to ferries and other buses. We loved having the spacious rooftop terrace to enjoy relaxed mornings and make our own breakfast and coffees as well as enjoy beautiful sunset views with wine in the evening. There was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived however Bert and his team worked quickly to resolve the issue and were extremely responsive. Appreciated Bert’s clear video instructions on how to enter the building which made us feel comfortable as we arrived late in the evening. Quick walk with loads of restaurant options nearby. Overall a fantastic stay, would recommend as the roof terrace is a standout feature. Thank you Bert and team :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kevin’s beautifully located apartment which is a short walk down the Main Street from the Valletta bus terminal. The apartment was clean and as per the photos. As previous reviews have stated, there is a bar downstairs that opens 7pm-2am each night with music playing however we didn’t find this affected our sleep at all and was a nice vibe to listen to. Kevin was a great host, always responsive and allowed us an early check in/late check out to suit our awkward flight times. This was a great help! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in central Valetta as it was a great base for our trip. Thanks again Kevin!

Ich habe einige sehr angenehme Tage in diesem modernen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten und sauberen Apartment verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht, alles Nötige für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist top – sehr nah am belebten Bugibba Square, aber dennoch ruhig. Tagsüber war es durch eine nahegelegene Baustelle leider etwas laut – für meinen Remote-Arbeitsaufenthalt war das etwas störend. Auch das WLAN war für den privaten Gebrauch völlig ausreichend, hatte aber gelegentlich Aussetzer, weshalb ich beim Arbeiten auf meinen Hotspot ausweichen musste. Matthew ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der schnell auf Anfragen reagiert hat. Insgesamt ein tolles Apartment für den Urlaub, ich kann es sehr empfehlen. Will man allerdings auch arbeiten, würde ich erst den Stand der Baustelle erfragen.

Loved our stay in Marsaskala! The apartment met our expectations and it was amazing to come into the unit and be greeted with the sight of the be ight blue bay! We definitely enjoyed the deck. Inside it was clean and spacious. Marsaskala was a good choice-away from the crowds and lots of choices for restaurants that we easily walked to. We rented a car and were able to find parking close by. Christine was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!!

A lovely, comfortable apartment in an Old Townhouse with easy access to all Valletta has to offer. We also enjoyed access to the lounge and balcony on the floor above with views over city rooftops and the Mediterranean. The terrace also has impressive views of the Church Dome and Cathedral Spire to the rear. These landmarks dominate views of Valletta from the sea and are wonderful lit up at night. Michelle is a great host, fun to be around and her cats are the best behaved we have ever encountered. She is very discreet and respectful of your privacy. We would happily stay there again.

Where do I start? This has to be one of the best airbnbs I’ve ver been to. Not only was the apt perfectly accommodating but Roger was very responsive, friendly, and flexible. The apartment sits on the water with immaculate views of Spinola Bay. Walking distance to all of the best restaurants, clubs, and water access points. Most definitely worth the money, and will absolutely be coming back.

We received helpful information from Paul in advance of the trip and were greeted by him personally. The apartment is really spacious and we felt very comfortable there. We would book here again at any time and can recommend the accommodation to others.

The bedrooms were quiet and dark with air-conditioning, all of which made sleep easy. We had stayed in a very nice/expensive hotel days prior, only a few blocks in, and it was so noisy we barely slept. The location is walkable to every part of Valletta and this spot is perfect for longer stays. There were 4 of us but it easily could have accommodated 6. We are a family, so we also appreciated being able to access our Netflix to watch movies at night. Kitchen was nice, but we chose to eat out and enjoy the local fare. It was convenient having a grocery (Spar) only a couple blocks away to grab fruits and snacks.

My wife and I spent close to three weeks in Martin‘s place and we loved every minute. First, the view was outstanding. We never tired of watching the harbour activities and the ancient city of Birgu. Second, the studio apartment was thoughtfully designed and thoroughly provisioned. We absolutely had everything that we needed for a long stay. Third, the location would be hard to beat. We were just around the corner from the Saluting Batteries, restaurants, various historical sites, and grocery stores and pharmacies. Fourth, despite being so well located, the apartment was extremely quiet. As a result, we slept soundly every night. Bottom line: we were extremely delighted with Martin’s place.

A beautiful and cozy flat right near the centre of Valletta. You can reach everything you need within minutes of walking. Also the hosts Jake and Cleven where great and helped out directly when we needed it. Definitely a great choice when you want to visit the capital of Malta!

We loved absolutely everything about this Airbnb! Not only is it super cute but it had everything we needed for our full week stay. We especially loved being able to do laundry. The location was perfect for us… a quick walk to the beautiful Lower Barrakka Gardens and many restaurants. Also, an easy pick up spot for ride share so we didn’t have to walk far at all with our luggage. The area was super peaceful and quiet at night. The host was quick to reply and incredibly friendly! We hope to stay again!

Very friendly and responsive host. Property is on a street, but is surprisingly quiet. Rooftop terrace is a great bonus. everything is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend David's place

nous avons un excellent séjour dans ce duplex super équipé de quoi se sentir comme à la maison. la literie était très confortable. et après de longues promenades quel plaisir de se détendre dans la piscine jacuzzi chauffée. la maison est située près des commerces et activités et bien desservie par les bus qui vous mène partout. c'est une location que je conseil vraiment. j y retournerai avec plaisir. merci Karl pour ta gentillesse et ta disponibilité. esmeralda et Michel

For a host like Anna, Airbnb needs a 6 Star rating. Apart from the fact that the apartment was just what we needed, our Host was the best I have ever experienced. She provided so much useful information weeks ahead of our arrival. Answered every question I had promptly and was there to greet me on my arrival. Even drove me around to help me get oriented. A family member arrived to spend one week with me and also was very impressed.

really nice studio, sofa bed was comfy, shower good, nice area, philip is a great host, would definitely reccomend.

Wir haben uns bei Edward sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl das Haus im Zentrum von Sliema liegt ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Man kann zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus von hier aus unkompliziert die Insel erkunden, ist in 10 Minuten am Felsenstrand oder in der modernen Einkaufsmall. Der kühle Innenhof macht die Wohnung zu etwas besonderem, ein sehr angenehmer Platz um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder gemeinsam zu essen und zu entspannen. Der Gastgeber war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schon ab der Buchung war die Kommunikation mit Tina hervorragend – schnell, hilfsbereit und mit vielen nützlichen Tipps (z. B. Restaurantliste). Beim Öffnen der Balkontür hat uns der atemberaubende Blick auf Valletta sofort begeistert. Die Lage ist ideal: Fähren und Busse sind direkt gegenüber, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Promenade von Sliema, und trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung ruhig – die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten. Wenn wir wieder nach Malta reisen, würden wir dieses Apartment sofort wieder buchen. Kleiner Hinweis: Für Malta braucht man einen Adapter für britische Steckdosen (Typ G).

Lewis was amazing, considerate and attentive. Communication was immaculate and super supportive he’s the best Airbnb host I have had, the place was just as amazing as the apartment itself, definitely worth the price and much more.

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue sur le port très agréable. Station familiale loin des touristes. Très propre et extrêmement bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire. Je recommande à 100%. Très réactif le papa !

Super Unterkunft. Neue Möbel, großer Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Gut gelegen, für Restaurants muss man nicht weit laufen. Man muss sich nur bewusst sein, die Unterkunft liegt am Hafen. Also kann es mal ein wenig lauter werden.

We loves the setting of the apartment and the balcony was the biggest plus overlooking the sea views. We enjoyed waking sitting having tea and coffee to start the day. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities we needed were available in the apartment. The air con in the bedroom was a god send. Such a great find in a great location.
