Very equipped and cozy apartment. Everything in excellent condition and with the necessary amenities. The building complex is easily accessible and very safe. Below the building there is a very good bakery. I didn't know the area very well, but it did seem to me that it was close enough to what I needed (I mainly used the Uber app to get around). It's less than 15 minutes from the bus terminal by car. The host is very friendly.

Excellent stay. Very good communication. The apartment meets expectations. It's private, comfortable, and has parking. It has Wi-Fi, cable TV, and air conditioning. In the kitchen you find everything you need to cook. I was there for a week for work and I will definitely rent again if I return to the area. I recommend it.

The accommodation matches the description very well, the kitchen is fully equipped, including extras such as tea, coffee, dressings and much more The place is very quiet, there are not many people, at least on the date we went, so there was no noise and we did not bother either. It's in front of the beach and if you don't have a car, the bus leaves you right outside and to take it, the same, either to go to downtown Tomé or Concepción. Next door there is a pub, mini-market, liquor store, hardware store, everything is very accessible. 100% recommended.

Luis is a 7 all the time, I visited this place with an 11-month-old baby and he made sure the apartment was well heated. The space is accurate and functional, it has everything you need to cook and have a comfortable stay. We went skiing and Plaza TATA is a 200-meter walk away, and there is also transportation from the condominium to the ski center and the concierges are very, very friendly. Every morning seeing the snowy forest and starry nights was a gift from the living room. We were very happy with the stay, we will definitely be back.

Everything was great, the apartment was just as it was shown. Nice and quiet place. Paula was always attentive. We had a happy stay.

Great place to stay. Flew in from the US to go snowboarding at Nevados de Chillán. There was a shuttle that took us to and from the mountain. The ski lifts were a short 5 minute walk from the apartments even without the shuttle. Host was great and was easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.
