Super nice and responsive during our stay. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Jakarta. Absolutely fantastic stay in, this is awesome flat - spacious and perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Sara is a great host. Very informative and was always fast to respond to all inquiries. She relayed clear instructions and with pictures making it easier to follow. The place is as described and very clean. All amenities worked. The place has 2 Tv's, one in the bedroom and the second Tv in the living room. The balcony has a nice view of the street, the shops and street food vendors below. The apartment is right above Thamrin City Mall with hundreds of shops for all your needs from groceries, food, clothes etc. KFC, coffee shops, Mini Mart, Middle eastern Mandi, Kabsa, Biryani restaurant available at the ground floor. Mosques are nearby too. The popular and must see Grand Indonesia Mall, Plaza Indonesia Mall are a 5 minute walk from the apartment building. The Wifi worked well for internet access. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Jakarta.

It's my first time stayed at Hafiz & Dita place and will definitely booked again when I visit Jakarta. The unit is clean, it has everything you need (amenities, kitchen utilities, etc), only one step away to the mall, easy to get food, and entertainment. Their unit really recommended for family and kids! Thank you Hafiz & Dita for being responsive, friendly and great host!

Just what we needed for a week's stay in Jakarta! Brilliant location and access to the Mall is probably the highlight, saved us so much time, eliminating the hassle of navigating the busy J streets. The gym and pool are very well maintained - we love to use them daily. We had a minor issue with the bathroom, but the owner was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was taken care of. Arriving at the villa we are happy with the atmosphere and the beautiful environment....but when we contact the staff it is difficult....so when there is a leak in the bathroom the staff also does not respond quickly....but overall our villa is satisfied....even though you have to mop the floor because of the dust...hopefully it will be improved for the cleanliness....

Great place, clean and affordable

The house is situated at busy road but it is hardly to hear from it. We were really satisfied with it. The owner gave us a heartly welcome. The breakfest was very nice and the coffee in the morning as well. Thanks to Smita and her parents to have a wonderful stay. Greetings from Sven and Matthias

I spontaneously had to extend the stay, which wasn't a problem at all. Pris was so very kind, understanding and helpful in so many ways! We had a great connection and communication was direct. I am definitely staying in this house again when I come back to Jakarta!

The place is comfortable, complete amenities. Although located in a crowded place but not a lot of traffic. Somewhat surprised it turned out that the parking fee was calculated hourly- there was no maximum, with less spacious parking conditions and if it was night it was difficult to park. For 2 nights very worth it and satisfied. Thank you

Received clear details and instructions before arrival. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Great amenities, excellent location - quick walk to Plaza and Grand mall. No issues. Will stay here again.

The place is very convenience as it close to some restaurants, cafe and malls. More importantly, it is close to superindo where you can buy groceries. Complete kitchen utensils and clean bed. However, there is only one bed and one sofa bed, maybe I misunderstood as I thought they prepared 2 beds bcs I stayed with my family. But overall, it was a nice stay. Thank you

The place is strategic. In front of the apartment there is a Transjakarta bus stop. Close to JIS also walk to. The unit is okay quite large.
