Great place to stay in Manila, large space for 4 people and the host is very friendly.

The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

A very nice house to unwind and chill with friends or colleagues without going out the metro. We will definitely consider this place again for our future getaways. Thank you sir Nate

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

We had a great stay! The room is really nice and clean, not overly decorated, our agenda there is near the building which is good, the host is also very responsive. Overall it is 8.5/10 experience!

Wow this place really felt like home. The attention to detail truly stood out. The amenities, fresh linens, well organised kitchen and immaculate bathroom was the best! Had so much storage space to put our things. Its clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and detailed to perfection. This was our second time staying here. I booked this for 4 nights during our annual convention. My kids and nannies went with me, hence I needed an apartment style place to stay in. Ruth's place perfectly fit our needs. My kids wanted a place very near the malls, I needed something that's very near EDSA Shangrila Hotel where our convention was held. The place is spotless and I love the fact that it has its own laundry. No need to pack so much and we get to go home with clean clothes. 😊 Hope it's available again same time next year. Hehehe

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a great decision since we have a busy week in the metro and needed a place where we can rest and relax after the whole day. We love how systematic and accurate the instructions were and check-in was smooth and quick even parking and pool usage since we communicated it with them before we checked in as instructed. Everything in the description of the listing was there and it's also a plus that they have premium accounts ready for most of the viewing sites (Netflix, Max, Disney, & Prime) My husband enjoyed playing PS4 after his long day of work. It's not a hassle to get food even though they only allow minor cooking (boiling, cooking eggs, and minor food) since there are a lot of restaurants around, and Fame Mall is the most convenient factor here. We also love how responsive and accommodating Gio and Ken are. We feel so at ease during our stay. We'll definitely book with them on our next stay in Ortigas!

The room is thoughtfully designed and well-arranged. The interior is bright, and the night view is beautiful. The building also has a swimming pool and gym facilities. The landlord is proactive in addressing any issues. I would love to stay here again next time.

Mike's place was a pleasure to stay in. location and price were great. the cleanliness was also excellent. will be looking to stay here again next time I visit.
