Vacation rentals with a patio in Binnenstad

This is the second time we've been there and we're super satisfied again. The parking garage is within walking distance and the key to the accommodation can be taken from the key box on the way. The kitchen had everything in the kitchen to cook for 4 people. Will come again any time!

The location is great, the two double bedrooms are particularly nicely decorated. The kitchen and dining area are a little dark, which is due to the special location, so no deduction, you can also turn on the lights during the day. The bathrooms are nice and very clean; especially the large bathroom on the upper floor is really great. Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, TV is huge! With the mattresses and pillows, we six residents were very different (un)satisfied (is also not really unusual); depending on the personal sensitivity, it is worth bringing your own pillow. The terrace is very nicely located, could have been a little cleaner. We liked it very much and we are happy to recommend the apartment, it is suitable for groups of adults as well as for families with children.

Super polite hostess and everything is exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The property is in a rural region, but there is a kiosk a few meters away that has everything important, including rolls. All in all a nice vacation and highly recommended :)

Wonderful stay. We enjoyed the sparkling clean surroundings and beautiful location very much. Here it is wonderful to sit inside and outside. Everything was neatly present/tidy. Jacuzzi is very nice and private. The host is incredibly helpful and committed. We felt very welcome and would probably come back. The location is also great, right at the edge of the forest and a 20 min walk to downtown

The three of us stayed in Esther's apartment for a week and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. Everything - dishes, etc., are available in sufficient quantity and quality. There's really nothing missing. For the first day and breakfast the fridge was stocked! We were welcomed with chilled sparkling wine. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen-living room, which is the center of the apartment. The apartment is located in the old town of Appingedam, a very nice place and a good starting point for trips to Groningen or Leeuwarden. Highly recommend both. We highly recommend this property and Esther as a landlady.

It's a beautiful and nicely decorated stay, everything is quite new. Beautiful surroundings and wonderfully quiet, easy to find and self check-in is completely convenient. Very helpful and kind people. If I have to go to the UMCG Groningen again and have to stay somewhere, then we will definitely come back.

Great place in a lovely restored building on a high street that's lively in Steenwijk. Has all modern comforts.

The house is really great. Lovingly decorated and super many things available. Especially for children, there are super many things to play with. The kitchen is also well equipped. We felt completely comfortable. We would come back anytime.

We enjoyed the house and the area at the river. Very good communication with the nice owner also for trouble shooting. Enough space for 5 people however 2 bathrooms would be even better ( there is only a small toilett room on ground level). Would be great to offer a BBQ station. Around the area is still in construction but no disturbance towards the garden river area. We would choose it again. Thanks Leontin & Alex

We were surprised by the large of the house. 3 large bedrooms, where the curtains unfortunately let a lot of light through. Nice spacious living room and dining table. We just missed some mirrors. 1 mirror on the bathroom for in my case 6 women is really too little. Should have hung a mirror in the bedrooms. But price technically definitely very interesting and highly recommended.

The owner Lammert is the best Airbnb owner I have ever met. He is very kind and well prepared for everything in the apartment. The house looks exactly the same as the photos. All the decorations and furniture let me feel like home. Their some beautiful forest close to the house. During morning or evening you could be able to walking in the forest and enjoy the fresh air. Strongly recommend for anyone who would like to stay in this small beautiful town for a nice vacation. For sure I’ll stay in this house for next time.

We had a lovely stay of 2 nights with 3 children. It is a nice and spacious cottage with a nice garden adjacent to trees. All necessities are provided. It is an ideal base for a day Wildlands which is a 10-minute drive away. You can also stay a little longer here because, for example, there is a lake in the park.

Great and charming house in beautiful surroundings. Nice hiking areas. Short distance to several cozy cities. Convenient kitchen for cooking cooking. Quiet and peaceful at night, we slept well. Plenty of room for everyone in sofa area for evening fun. Nice garden and birdsong.

We had a short vacation with two children. The accommodation has enough space for a family of 4. The rooms were all clean. You have everything you need. And we had felt like at home. In the garden there is a nice sauna and a large hot tub. The sauna is worth the money in our opinion. And we were allowed to enjoy the hot tub to the fullest with the wood provided to us free of charge. The surroundings and a very nice playground also leave nothing to be desired. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you and all the best!

We had wonderful relaxing days. The view and the balcony is amazing. Super clean apartment. Everything present. Nice host. Good value for money. Definitely worth repeating.

Beautiful play area, very large with pool table dart board ping pong table. In addition, a sauna and plunge pool, luxurious cottage.

Very clean, modern and well-equipped apartment. Some restaurants, ice cream parlors, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance. The terrace with the adjoining lawn was very nice, with sun in the afternoon and evening. The beach is about 30 minutes away by car. We were there with our 10-month-old child. For travelers with children of this age, I would not necessarily recommend the apartment, as there are too many interesting cabinets, etc.

I really enjoyed it and am happy to recommend the apartment. My dog and I were guests in this beautiful, old and spacious building with great garden and outdoor seating for 2 months.
