Everything went very well during my stay. The place was spotless. Clean and very pleasant pool. Everything was perfect during my stay. When I arrived, some amenities were missing. The others responded very quickly to my request. They brought me the missing amenities that same evening. I usually stay in the center of Saigon. This time, I wanted to try something a little different and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the residence and all these amenities are very good. It takes just 30 minutes to reach the city center by scooter. There is everything you need in the residence (market, cafe restaurant). Thanks again. I'll be back on my next visit to Saigon.

Everything was great, the location, the amenities, the host, the cleanliness, the prices, etc. .

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Spotless, very beautiful, and homely home. Ly and her family are very kind and a wonderful to talk to. Ly was a star bringing us bananas and some fresh lemongrass water daily and giving us a great itinerary to follow whilst we were there to explore her amazing city. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay out the way of the bustle of the city but only a short 15 minute commute to the centre by taxi, in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Beautiful and a very enjoyable stay. Hieu was extremely prompt, patient and clear with replies to our queries and requests. Haiyen the housekeeper was very polite and communication with google translate was not an issue at all. She came to housekeep every day and even occasionally cooked for us. She was also very accomodating to our requests. The area is very peaceful and quiet, with lotte mart (mall) nearby and circle k (convenience store) even nearer. It is about 10 minutes grab from the city centre.

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

I had an excellent stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and professional—any issues that came up were handled quickly and with care. The location is ideal: central enough to access everything easily, but tucked away just enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The property is patrolled by security, so it feels very safe—great for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. Street vendors aren’t allowed on the premises, which keeps the area peaceful. There are several convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, and ride services can find you easily. It’s also just a five-minute walk to District 1 by crossing the bridge right outside to get to Saigon Centre, Ben Thanh Market, Walking Street, and other popular areas! I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Our stay was awesome! It's located in a new neighborhood with everything nearby, and quick to get to the city center. We also got to enjoy the celebrations during our stay. We’ll definitely come back on our trip!

A lovely apartment in a tranquil apartment block. You feel very far away from the chaos of the city but are only a short grab away. A lovely Japanese restaurant and many others on site. The apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely view from balcony.

Nguyen was very attentive, and directions to check-in and check-out were very clear and simple. Location was perfect for us, with the convenience store there, it made it easy to travel and grab supplies when needed. Highly recommend this place
