Enjoy your vacation in a rural location with animals outside the window! The apartment is located on top of the stable so noise may occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
